Apokoronas Views Villa

Beautiful villa in a great location.

Pros: This was a good location for exploring western Crete. We liked the village of Neo Chorio and the local restaurants. Quiet spot. Private. The road narrows as you get close to the Villa, but its not difficult to navigate. There are only a few houses on the lane. And it’s just a 10 minute drive to the sea in Kalyves with many beach options.

Wonderful stay at an amazing location!

Pros: What a great villa! It’s nestled in a Cretan village. You feel you are living as a local while enjoying the amenities of a luxury villa. The location on the hill offers views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Generous welcome basket! The host welcomed us in person and guided us so we could find the location easily. Cretan villages have narrow roads, but don’t let that discourage you from this location! It’s easy enough to navigate. (We had a midsize car.) The beds are very comfortable and all rooms are spacious. It’s an amazing find!!

Pros: Sara is an amazing host. She provided us with valuable information about the area and was available for any questions. The house is very clean and well-equipped to a high standard. Highly recommended!

Pros: We were a group of nine, and the property was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. It had everything we could possibly need, with beautiful views and a great location—just a 10-minute drive to the beach and within easy reach of the local water park and the city of Chania. There are also a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. The villa is well-equipped to keep children entertained, including pool toys to suit every age! Sara was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs.

Cons: The access to the driveway is a little tricky at first, but you do get used to it quickly. As we had small children and a non-swimmer in our group, it would have been ideal if the pool had a ‘shallow’ end. That said, the swimmers in our group really enjoyed it, and the villa thoughtfully provided swimming aids for all age groups. We were aware of this before booking, and it certainly wouldn’t stop us from returning.

Pros: We spent a week in the villa and we are very satisfied. It is nicely and comfortably furnished, spacious and clean. We found everything you could need on vacation. The villa is in a small town, so you can find a grocery store, taverns, pharmacy if needed. However, the villa is located in a quiet area. The hosts provided a lot of information and have left a book where you can find everything: where to eat, shopping, what to visit, etc. I would love to come to this villa again. Many thanks to the hosts!

Pros: We had an unforgettable stay thanks to the comfort and great facilities the villa has to offer, the host’s (Sara) welcoming, friendly and helpful approach and the location in this very charming part of Crete! Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal for families with kids!!

Pros: Everything was fantastic! Especially the owner - Sara!!! The place it was beyond expectation!! Very clean and comfortable!! The pool was very clean and well maintened!

Amaizing villa

Pros: Hello! the stay spent was incredible, the owner or the one who manages the villa was incredibly welcoming, he offered us absolutely everything we needed. The villa is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Impeccable cleanliness, clean pool, quite large yard...I had 3 cars. Don't be discouraged by the last climb :)) but it's all worth it...the view is absolutely amazing.

Pros: Brand new place, fully equipped. its really very spacious-not typical Greek style, really nice design, you can see the sea from afar and the scenery is beautiful. takes 5 minute drive to get to Kalyves, Almerida etc. so beaches are close. nice pool and nice set up. easy to head out with the car to all directions, Balos or Rethymno etc. and of course very hospitable and welcoming host. explaining everything and available in case we needed them.

Cons: Nothing really, it is 5 minute drive from the beaches, so not close but not too bad as well as you have parking available in Kalyves next to its beach. Stayed one night and its not season yet, so didn't have time to really enjoy.
