Villa Christini a luxury villa with amazing views

Beautiful place, calm and quiet. Very peaceful.

Pros: A beautiful villa in a beautiful location, surrounded by traditional Greek stone houses and Greek people, not tourists! House is well laid out, nice and cool with air con in each room, plus great pool/outdoor bbq area. And Ioannis our host was so incredibly kind and helpful, even greeted us at 2am when we first arrived as our flight was delayed and let us stay on late on our final day as we had a late flight. Just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble - we will definitely come again. Thanks again Ioannis.

A Cretan gem - beautiful house in a traditional village.

Pros: Beautifully situated villa in a charming traditional Cretan village. Perfectly situated to explore the western part of the island (close to Rethymno, Chania, nice beaches and of course the Lefka Ori mountains. The old stone was renovated with charm and modern amenties of first class. Even better then the pictures! Wonderful host, very helpful and caring. We recommend this villa for everyone searching for a peaceful Cretan experience!

Lovely house with fantastic outdoor area

Pros: Fantastic private outdoor area where we spent most of our time and could always find some shade. Lovely rustic, well equipped and clean house in a quiet location. Nice pool (roughly 3x6 meters). Yannis, the host, was very helpful and friendly and speaks english very well! Great experience eating in the village taverna that is a short walk from the house.

Cons: There was really nothing not to like. It was a very tight spot to park the car right outside the house, wouldn't have wanted to have a large car to squeeze in, but it was also possible to park a very short walk from the house so it really wasn't a problem. The village is very quiet so not for anyone looking for nightlife.

Amazing villa quite near Chania in Crete.

Pros: We liked everything, especially the pool area and terraces. The villa itself is spacious and very clean. The nature and small village atmosphere are amazing. Perfect choice if you are into easy-going life and total relaxation. The host was so friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool. The view over the valley and to the mountain above were unforgettable.

Cons: The car is a must to get around, but we were prepared for it.

Super genoten !

Pros: Zeer mooie villa met alle mogelijke faciliteiten aanwezig. We werden verwelkomd met een drankje en fruit. Ook voldoende keukenmateriaal om voor 6 personen zelf te koken. Wifi werkt uitstekend. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die altijd bereikbaar is.

Cons: Je kan niet parkeren voor de deur maar op wandelafstand.

Très bel endroit pour séjourner et rayonner dans l'ouest de la Crête.

Pros: Une villa dans le coeur d'un village c'était vraiment super pour nous plutôt que l'effervescence des places touristiques. Nous étions 8 dont 2 jeunes enfants. Avec la climatisation et la piscine, nous pouvions nous régénérer après les chaudes journées de visites. La terrasse est vraiment très agréable. La maison a été rénovée avec goût. Le coin cuisine est assez petit mais nous ne faisions pas vraiment de cuisine non plus, alors pas gênant. Une salle d'eau par chambre, c'était le top. Merci encore pour la panière de fruits en cadeau de bienvenue et pour l'aide de Yiannis qui nous a fait livrer des plats par une taverna pour le dîner vu notre arrivée tardive. Yiannis est vraiment un super hôte, à l'écoute.

Cons: Pour stationner devant la maison et en repartir il faut de l'habileté vu l'étroitesse mais on l'a fait sans anicroche.

Un séjour au calme

Pros: Mention spéciale à l'accueil (fruits frais, boissons fraîches, pâtisseries...)! Emplacement au calme parfait pour des vacances reposantes. En prime de très bonnes tavernes a deux pas (Tzitzifia un régal!!) Avec un voisinage sympathique. Maison extrêmement propre et bien équipée.

Cons: Attention à la luminosité dans la maison! Compliqué de faire une sieste en journée ou de se réveiller après le lever du soleil en l'absence de volets dans les chambres du bas. Maison peu adaptée avec des enfants en bas âge (mais parfaite pour des adultes ou avec des enfants plus grands)

Pros: Mooi huis leuke plaatsen 2 buiten tafels voor zon of schaduw en een prachtige Rooftop

Cons: Bedden niet 100% beetje echte matras maar dat is natuurlijk voorkeur .
