Eva Suites & Apartments

Highly recommend!

Pros: Eva Suites & Apartments was a great choice! The staff was lovely and familiar! We had access to two swimming pools what was incredible, highly recommended.

Nice and simple place to stay over, excellent in low season!

Pros: We did like the pools and the bar a lot. The barlady was very nice and helpful. There is a small kitchen and you can prepare smaller meals. Fridge and basic kitchen gear is there. In addition it is 1 min away from the see. Right in front of it there is a cocktail bar as well.

Cons: The hotel has seen better days, some parts could use some small repairs. This did not bother us though. The bad is moderately comfortable.

Had a lovely stay at Eva Suites, staff were friendly and helpful . Location was brilliant!

Pros: Lovely little ground floor apartment , located in the middle of the complex . Plenty of space for what we wanted. Pools were nice and plenty of sun beds for when we were there . Beautiful Bouganvillas!

Cons: We ate out most of the time so fine for us , but had we wanted to eat in there wasn’t a huge amount of kitchen ware. Shower head didn’t stay in place,

it was perfect

Pros: We got a room on the other side of the hotel — the rooms were brand new, very clean, and beautifully designed. The living room was spacious, as was our bedroom. The kids’ beds were very comfortable, the shower was clean, and there was always strong hot water pressure. The pools were spotless, and the hotel’s location was excellent - close to everything, especially a great bakery and a fantastic supermarket nearby.

Cons: It would have been nice to have more shelves and hooks in the room for hanging and storing things.

Great for a leisurely stay

Pros: Buildings in the village are beautiful white houses. Rooms are spacious. Facilities are a bit old, but all functioning. Location is also great, easily accessible to lots of good restaurants. The cats are so cute and polite!

Very Good would return

Pros: Clean decent size room with kitchenette and fridge beds and linen changed every day, owners were extremely helpful and accommodating, two pools one was in shade for part of day not a problem. our room even had resident cat (Tom) on the balcony. Very central position

Cons: It is a largish complex with a lot of different room types to suit your party. we were in a ground floor room at the back of the complex which backed on to a road, It was not busy but people walked past and vehicles drove past intermittently we were screened by a hedge so just put up with it and it was not a major issue

Pros: Everybody is so kind who works in Eva Suites. The location of these apartments are centre of the Agia Marina, so everything is so close (shops, restaurants and sea) There are lots of plants and trees in the garden, and colorful flowers everywhere you look. We had a great time here. Thank you.

Pros: The place is absolutely beautiful — lots of greenery, very clean, and the two pools were a real lifesaver when the sea was closed due to the red flag. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the Wi-Fi. Since we had online meetings, we sometimes had to go down to the bar where the connection was stronger. But honestly, when you’re on holiday, you’re supposed to relax — so overall, everything was just perfect!”

Pros: Everything was perfect. The rooms are clean, the view from the balconies is excellent. The cleaning staff is very nice and working properly. The pools are clean, you have showers and wc to use after check out if you want to enjoy the pools a little bit more. Very nice apartment complex in overall. If you pay for local programs to go to Balos, etc, the bus pickes you up just across the street.

Cons: Toilet seat is not working properly in apartment 43, in the downstairs toilett.

We really enjoyed our stay, very clean, lovely staff. So close to restaurants and shops, but not noisy.

Pros: Nice apartments, loved the 2 swimming pools. Great staff

Cons: Some rooms have to share a balcony. I think they should tell you if you have to share a balcony and then it would give you the opportunity to upgrade.
