Lovely stay in Agia Marina

Pros: Lovely little hotel with friendly staff- always happy to help with a smile . Great location in front of beach. Nice pool area and restaurant to the front.

Lovely hotel for a lovely holiday

Pros: It’s a family business close to all the restaurants bars and pubs very good location for the beach. You can choose among different beaches and I like the fact that has everything, a pool, bar and restaurant. The owners are very very welcoming and made us feel special. I would definitely go back there to stay.

Pros: Super service from start to finish! Very friendly hosts, exceptional cleanliness, comfortable rooms and beds, beautiful pool area, food delicious. Excellent location.

Good but sleepless stay

Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was good. The breakfast was good and there was more than enough of it. The room was ok.

Cons: There was insufficient soundproofing, the walls were like paper. We were constantly disturbed by a family staying nextdoors, and it also disturbed our sleep.

Pros: Our stay as a family of 3 with a young child was perfect!! We have stayed at many places along what we call 'the tourist strip road', and Akatos has by far been the best stay we have had over the years. A few points that made our stay great were the hospitality and attentiveness of Damoulis and the rest of the staff and then the breakfast that was served to you with a variety of food on the plate which set us up for our day. We as a family do not look for too many facilities/amenities/ entertainment. We like a simple stay, what was on offer was perfect for what we look for. Great value for money. We will for sure be returning! Ευχαριστούμε Damoulis and team!

Amazing stay!

Pros: Absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely little hotel, brilliant location in the centre of Agia Marina with numerous shops, restaurants and the beach on your doorstep but still quiet and peaceful, just perfect! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming, the breakfast included was generous and delicious and our studio apartment was bigger than we expected, clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning, towels changed every day and had all the kitchen facilities you could need - really lovely pool area was a bonus too, we loved the beanbags! Thank you Damoulis and everyone at Akatos for the most wonderful stay, we were sad to leave but hope to return!

Pros: Great small hotel with pool, bar and cafe,bar. Good location just across the road to the beach which is quite pleasant. Restaurants offering free sun beds for lunch guests just opposite. We had a car so drove into Chania a few times which is 20 mins away. Dmoulis the manager was very helpful and kind, nothing a problem. Cleaned the apartment every couple of days if we wanted! Thanks a lot for a lovely stay!
