Deluxe Hotel

The accommodation exceeded our expectations being clean and spacious and very close to the old port.

Pros: The location was perfect, very close to the old port but down a quiet side street so there was no disturbance at night. The double rooms were the same size which is unusual in my experience. The apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels every 2 days and clean bedding every 3 days. Air conditioning in all rooms was appreciated.

Cons: A tea towel for drying dishes would have been useful (we had to ask for one). The shower was amazing with different jets of water but we used only the hand held shower attachment as the screen was too small and water sprayed all over the floor if we used the overhead and other shower settings. We arrived on a Sunday and it appeared that the cleaner on that day was not the normal one and she was not as thorough as the other cleaners (eg. not emptying full ashtray on the balcony).

Pros: Clean and comfortable room in close proximity to the city centre. Spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bathroom as well. The location was good, as we could go anywhere on foot.

Pros: Location was perfect, the local market each Saturday is one street away around the corner. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was very clean, they cleaned and tidied the room everyday.

Cons: The noise was annoying, the walls are too thin. The green light in the room can be a bother to some people that you can not turn off.

Chania is a beautiful city! Beaches near the city are also excellent.

Pros: Location. Location. Location. Next to everything. Relatively new inside and very clean. Large shower and toilet.

Cons: A bit packed (except the toilet). Facilities inside were not great: lacking a coffee machine or something to warm water, a larger refrigerator would have been needed. There where two flights of narrow stairs making it difficult to carry the large luggage.

Pros: Location is excellent. Communication with Hotel through booking.com was very good. Clean and staff very polite and helpful.

Cons: Everything was very good. Just a small remark for maybe a long mirror...for the ladies.

Pros: It was a lovely little apartment, well situated and with a very nice shower. It perfectly suited our needs. The staff were kind and friendly.

Pros: A great value for money hotel. It was comfortable and the staff extremely helpful.

Pros: We stayed in the family apartment (2 double beds + sofa bed). The apartment was clean when we came in and was cleaned every day. It had all the amenities we needed, like a mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, wifi, AC, etc. The location is very good especially if you want to rent a car because it is close to a big free public car park (5 min walk) and close to the Old town center (10-15 min walk). The lady at the reception was very helpful for all our needs.

Good location and clean well run accommodations, would book again.

Pros: Very professional staff. Organised very late night taxi for us from the airport. Allowed us a late check out time. Very clean, all facilities provided.
