Pros: An excellent location - I was in a pleasant single room , very clean - good bathroom and nice little deck - all in all very good for my stay in Chania- Note: the taxi driver from the bus depot dropped me in the wrong direction and had to walk for 500m - he obvioulsy didn't understand me - but when I order a taxi ( by phone ) to leave, he was there within 5 mn and very friendly -
Cons: The set up was a bit 'clumsy' ( huge fridge/ not needed ) an iron but no where to iron anything - they forget the hair dryer and kettle - yet they were very prompt to bring it as soon as I requested;

Brilliant overall stay
Pros: The room was spacious and clean with air con and a fridge plus an oven which I didn't use. The bed was comfortable. The collection of the keys from a door safe was easily explained and the location was brilliant, only a very short walk from the harbour.

Great location and a comfortable stay.
Pros: Convenient and quiet location, very easy to get anywhere in old town. Late check in was easy via key lock box. Aircon and fridge were a blessing in the Cretan heat and plenty of amenities like cutlery, bottled water and fresh linens were great.
Cons: The wifi wasn’t very good, especially upstairs.

Small but clean. Good location. Great staff
Pros: Location is ideal to visit the port area and small beaches. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The apartment was clean. Staff were lovely and really helpful, despite me being a dufus and not reading their messages properly.
Cons: Not the fault of the hotel but we were woken shortly after 7am by builders, working nearby. On the plus side it meant that we were up and off to the beach early, instead of wasting half a day in bed. The room is quite small. The bathroom light is very dim. The view from the balcony is wasteland and sometimes it smelled of urine out there (again not really the hotels fault).

Pros: Great location,.Older building, lots to do within walking distance.Easy to get to some of the best places to enjoy local food and hospitality,as well as swimming!Loved the room,had balcony also.

great September holiday in Chania
Pros: Very cozy studio with about 10 private rooms in the heart of the Venetian port, the old town of Chania. All attractions are within walking distance as well as numerous cafes, restaurants, tavernas, souvenir shops, however the place is quiet and peacefulThere are also grocery shops nearby. The room is large enough, with a private bathroom and a hidden kitchenette, including utensils. A small Venetian balcony overlooking the harbour and the sea. Clean and tidy. Very easy check in and check out - key is taken from a safe on site, code is provided in advance. Check out - just leave the key on the door and check out. Perfect place, would stay again and highly recommend.

Pros: Good location, clean towels, refreshing room on third day , very quiet,you can sleep with open door,
Cons: Small balcony, very small table,view on ugly courtyard Small bed, very fragile No brush for cleaning a sand,water in the bathroom after showering Wi Fi was weak We have to use umbrella during the breakfast,it was very hot on balcony
