Creta Elena

Pros: Beautiful infernal garden with pool. Nice modern apartment. 20 min walk from centre.

Cons: Sometimes we were too tired to walk back home 😅

Pros: Fantastic, clean and strategically located hotel. 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the beach, with everything you might need nearby. Supermarket restaurants, coffee shops. Very beautifully maintained and decorated, cleaned daily, with a bar next to the lovely pool. Breakfast was also great and the staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. I would recommend to friends.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Our family had a great time here.

Pros: Small, cute, very friendly and helpful staff (particularly the girls around the pool), lovely little pool, great location, clean and modern, room servicing great.

Cons: Nothing - it was great! If we were being really picky, a sharp knife and a washing up bowl in the kitchen would be fab 👍🏽

Great stay at Creta Elena

Pros: A very calm oasis yet just a fifteen minute stroll to the old town. Every aspect of the hotel was simply first class.The hotel staff were very engaging, considerate and helpful throughout our stay. Immaculate inside and out. Conveniently located next door to a supermarket. Our stay at Creta Elena was thoroughly delightful.

Cons: Nothing for us to dislike. Exceptional throughout.

Over all, a great holiday in a quality hotel and Chania old town / harbour is beautiful.

Pros: Having stayed at many Greek hotels and apartments over the last twenty odd years, Creta Elena was pretty near to the top of the list for quality of hotels. I am aware that I have given this hotel very high scores, but it really was up there. Busy area traffic wise, but laying by the pool or in your room, you wouldn't know how busy it was out the front of the hotel. Super market next door great for convenience, a couple of coffee/bars close by and restaurants. The walk into the old town / harbour, is a twenty minute stroll, you make it five minutes quicker if you were in a rush. Quality hotel and staff.

Cons: There really wasn't much to dislike, possibly parking a hire car could be a issue, depending on the time of day. Not recommended taking the car into town, as it has the same parking problems.

lovely stay in Chania

Pros: everything was perfect, the room was big enough with all the amenities that we could need, the swimming pool was lovely. the staff was helpful(they helped us book a day trip and the cab to the airport) and gave us suggestions about where to go, always smiling and super nice to us from the start till the end of our stay. the breakfast was divine, so many options!!! honestly, can thank them enough the location was perfect, in between the old town and the sea.

Fabulous stay at great family hotel

Pros: Beautiful clean family hotel. Well equipped xapattment. Great breakfast. Lovely helpful staff.

Cons: Position of apartments patio on scrubby inner courtyard

Pros: Everything about Creta Elena was superb. Accommodation, suites were scrupulously clean. Staff were a delight to communicate with helpful. Breakfast each day was excellent. Will definitely return here.

Pros: Lovely staff, beautifully clean and the swimming pool was a welcome treat after a hot walk back from the old town!

Cons: View from our room but we had a cute little balcony which was grrat!
