Pros: Stella was very helpful, particularly helping with luggage up/down the stairs when we arrived and left. The space has a very cool architectural style and very comfortable.

Pros: This place is awesome. Only 2 apartments are located at propty with entry via electronic pin code. Very inconspicuous from the front. We had the back unit which only has a small balcony to access clothes hanger. Front has two balconies. The rear one has a king size bed and a single available. Both were very comfortable. Awesome facilities inside. Great large shower, coffee pod machine and even a fresh cake delivered with each clean. Cleaning was arranged via text at a time suitable to guests. Location was brilliant. 50m to the harbour. Restaurants located next door and across the road plus many within a stones throw. There is parking which we were able to use each day next to the property, although it is a first come, first serve. We never missed a carpark for our stay. This is in an area of the old town where parking it very difficult usually.

Cons: Air-conditioning was a little tricky to set at start. Staff immediately attended when we requested help with it.

Pros: Well designed and well equipped apartment. Cleaning was great. Bed was quite comfortable. Room size was quite satisfactory. There were lots of snacks as treat. The guy who met with me while checking in, was so nice and helpful. His timing (for meeting time) was perfect.

Perfect apartment in great location

Pros: We loved the apartment design especially the bathroom area and bath! The location was also fab with two good restaurants close by and the balconies were great for coffee in the morning. Host was super helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely book again!

A lovely stay in Chania

Pros: The hospitality from Stella the host was amazing. Any communication was answered within 30 minutes. She even booked a taxi for us to return to the airport. The apartment was beautifully appointed and spotless. Water was replaced on each housekeeping day. Fresh fruit and cake were provided on arrival. An ample supply of beverages supplied throughout our stay. The bed was super comfy. The apartment was well positioned near the old Venetian port. Just beautiful. Fully air conditioned. We would definitely stay again, but in an apartment with a balcony.

Cons: The website was ambiguous. We had believed we had booked an apartment with a balcony, but sadly this was not so. This did impact on our holiday, as Chania has poor beaches and this would have been a relaxing outdoor space. In fairness to lovely Stella she contacted booking.com who recompensed us with a small sum of money. Hopefully the website will clarify this for the future. The shower,although beautiful,with plentiful hot water had a marble floor. A potential slip hazard. It would have been helpful to have a local information pack in the room, re restaurant recommendations, bus routes and local cabs etc.

Pros: Really lovely suite. I had a very comfortable stay here following some sleepless nights in another city on my trip. Great central location but also nice and quiet in the room at night. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: The room was very modern and spotless. The host was hospitable and easy to coordinate with. We had a lovely stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Relaxing stay in beautiful accommodation

Pros: Fabulous location, walking distance to everything. Beautiful space, very comfortable bed. Everything that we required was in place. Very tasteful decor, a spacious and comfortable accommodation. Stella was really helpful too.

Cons: Only one very small thing, there was a light on the stairwell that shone through into the studio at night. Probably just me as I like to sleep in pitch darkness! I think it maybe on a timer, which could be adjusted.

Pros: The spacious layout of the suite, the huge tub, and wonderful host. The apartment is perfectly located with plenty to see and do right outside.
