if we are back to Chania, we are booking this place again!

Pros: everything! I was a beautiful flat located in a great spot. perfect for a family stay

Cons: An allocated parking spot would have been great. It was quite difficult to find where to park on some nights

Pros: Everything. Location was excellent. Apartment was so clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us at every opportunity. Could not recommend highly enough. We will be returning. Our stay here made our holiday. Thank you!

Pros: Beautiful room is really high quality, with an amazing bed and a lovely bathroom. As Brits, we appreciated the kettle, tea, and milk in the morning. Splendid location on the Venetian Harbour with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Our room was at the back of the property and hence really quiet, even on a buzzing Chania Saturday night!

Cons: The key pad and instructions on arrival were perfect, but no automatic lights in hallway. Maybe someone switched them off?

Pros: We stayed in the large two bedroom two bathroom apartment and it was fabulous. We all had a little spaces when we needed it but we’re able to come together in the lounge area when we wanted to be together. We did spend most of our time outdoors, however, there were days but we would just wanted to lie around Which we did comfortably.

Cons: When we stayed in the Ariadne apartment, there was a particular smell in the room. We spoke to the lady who would clean and she reported it to the house. They did sort it out temporarily. The shower was also blocked and it was filling up with water each time we had a shower.the lady the clean was amazing. The host weren’t necessarily very responsive. I would text them and they will take a really long time to respond. One time they change the passcode at the front door and we couldn’t get in. I texted them and they didn’t respond until a little while later. Luckily there was somebody coming out and they told us what the code was..

Throughly enjoyed everything about the location and comfort of the apartment - would definitely like to return.

Pros: Excellent location and beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean accommodation. Especially enjoyed the huge shower and the view from the balcony.

Out of the 10 years I have been in Crete, this Hotel, their service, its location and decor are far above what I have ever experienced in Crete. The hotel is next level and I can only recommend this place to everyone if you want a private and beautiful place to stay. The place deserves + five stars, both for its style and extremely competent staff. I will be back and Avra ​​is from now on the only place I will stay on my trips to Chania.

Lacking customer service

Pros: Proximity to everything Great wifi Spotlessly clean.

Cons: Disappointing in customer service. We received our entry instructions by message. There was no one to greet you. No welcome. When we left we just left. No one to hand keys to. Nothing. As we were on semi floor we didn't realise the elevator went there for a few days. Only discovered when the lovely cleaner Frosso told me. We went to her when we had questions. She's a credit to that company.
