Fantastic apartment located in a very convenient area.
Pros: The apartment is very modern, tastefully decorated and furnished, very spacious, comfortable, well appointed and well maintained. Two excellent bedrooms and bathrooms and a superb balcony area for enjoying breakfast and evening drinks before and after dinner. The location was perfect for us as it was about a 10 minutes stroll to Nea Chora beach area and around the same to the old town area - both areas we visited frequently during our stay.
Cons: There was nothing about the apartment that we didn't like. It's a very welcoming accommodation to come back to after a day/evening out and being a large open plan design it really did feel like home from home. Four of us stayed (as two couples) and there was never a time that we felt compromised for space - it's a good sized accommodation with plenty of room.

Beautiful Apartment Chania
Pros: The Apartment was beautiful in every way. The layout, the facilities, the space and the view were all excellent. The location is 2 blocks. A short walk from the shore and 10 min walk from the wonderful harbour of Chania. It comes with parking and everything you might need. Sea view with fab sunsets from spacious balcony.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Όλα ήταν τέλεια , άνετο , ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό , γενικά έκανε την διαμονή μας ευχάριστη !
Cons: Το μόνο παράπονο μας ήταν ότι δεν λειτουργούσε ο ανελκυστήρας , προφανώς και δεν ευθυνόταν ο οικοδεσπότης αλλά έκανε την μετακίνηση μας από και προς το κατάλυμα δυσκολότερη

Pros: Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, με πολύ ωραίο μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα και ιδιωτική θέση στάθμευσης στο υπόγειο. Η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική.
Cons: Η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να γίνεται με περισσότερη προσοχή.

Stylische, gemütliche Wohnung mit ganz kleinen Fehlern
Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt; gelegen zwischen Altstadt und Stadtstrand war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung mit allem was man benötigt: Duschgel, Tabs für den Geschirrspüler, Geschirrtücher usw. war in großzügigen Mengen vorhanden -das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die vorhandenen Rollläden sorgen dafür, dass es auch am Tag in der Wohnung nicht zu heiß wird; falls doch gibt es überall !!! die AC.
Cons: Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es bei der Sauberkeit, die an sich sehr gut war-auf den ersten Blick. Uns stört aber, wenn sich auf den Armaturen beim Bad noch alte Kalkflecke befinden, auf den Griffleisten der Schränke Krümel, Staub und Wasserflecken sind, das Spülbecken in der Küche bräunlich geworden ist und nicht mit einem der bereitgestellten Hartschwämme gereinigt wurde. Die Rückwand des Herdes wurde nicht ganzflächig gereinigt, so dass die großzügigen Fettspritzer der Vorgänger noch deutlich zu sehen waren. Sicher sind das alles Kleinigkeiten, die aber dem so schönen und liebevollen Ambiente der Wohnung die Perfektion nehmen.
