Pilot Lux Apartment

Pros: The property was good and not a problem getting in and out safely. It was clean set up nice.

Cons: I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but just a couple of small things to point out, but this does not spoil the fact that the apartment was good. The TV could be upgraded to a smart TV, and one important item should be in the kitchen area, a small Microwave which would help when buying food to heat up. Other than that, the location is very good and you don’t need car to get to the main points, from the Beaches to the port and all the shops an restaurants.

Pros: Wonderful view, near to the city centre of Chania. Lot of place to park. It was our honeymoon and oir host have us a bottle of wine 🥂

Amazing stay didn’t want to leave

Pros: The property is very central only 5 mins walk to old town and harbour and 6/7 mins to the beach. Nice to sit out on balcony and have a the sea view . The property was clean and comfortable. We hired a car and having a parking place was fantastic as parking is a premium on the streets. Was contacted by owners to check everything was ok which was a nice touch.

Cons: Need air con in the bedroom

Pros: Really convenient location, stone's throw from the Old Town and the sea, and a walking distance from the bus station. Very clean, well-maintained and furnished apartment. Small but functional kitchen with all the basic utensils. Nice, shaded parking space downstairs. Very close to small grocery and convenience shops where you can grab your morning coffee. Excellent value for money. The only thing that you should consider is the fact that the apartment is across the street from a school with two basketball courts and there are two construction sites operating in the neighborhood (as of April 2024), so there might be some noises during the day.

Comfortable apartment with stunning sunset view

Pros: Amazing view, close from the beach and old town. Comfortable, cozy, spacious.

Cons: There was no knife for cutting

Pros: Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage, sonniger Balkon (nachmittags).

Εξαιρετική επιλογή στα Χανιά

Pros: Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μπορείς να πας σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της παλιάς πόλης με τα πόδια. Υπήρχε πάρκινγκ, απαραίτητο σε όποιον έχει αυτοκίνητο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο, με καλή διαρρύθμιση και είχε όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό (σερβίτσια, κατσαρόλες, πλυντήριο, σιδερώστρα, πιστολάκι) για μεγάλη διαμονή. Αν και δεν τον γνωρίσαμε, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος σε όλη την επικοινωνία μας

Cons: Χρειάζεται μιά περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα

Great location, and good for people who appreciate independency

Pros: Not the typical touristic building, somewhat a feeling not to be in a dedicated structure and live like Chania inhabitants..... And very good location, just some minutes walk away from the old town. Visiting the western part of Creta during the day, and enjoying the city life in the evening.

Klasse Urlaub bei hervorragendem Wetter

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man bei dieser Art von Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus macht einen sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck, die Wohnung ebenfalls. Die Lage ist hervorragend, auch wenn gegenüber vom Schulhof in den Vormittagsstunden fröhlicher Kinder-Lärm schallt. Das Appartement liegt in der 3. Etage und ist über Aufzug bequem erreichbar. Ein überdachter Parkplatz steht im Haus zur Verfügung. Strand und historische Altstadt sind auf kurzem Wege erreichbar.

Cons: Da fällt mir nichts ein.
