Solo Traveller Would Stay Here Again
Pros: I loved the comfort of the bed as well as size. I could have lived in the bathroom. The location is second to none. Nice to have a washer and dryer although it was a bit of a puzzle to figure out. Communication with host was perfect. Friendly and timely.
Cons: Hard to find at night in the dark lol. Those stairs were a killer but this female never learns to travel light and well I'm away for four months too! Big blue was successful though. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely spotless and very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was modern and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely extra. The most important highlight was the location — right in the heart of the old town, which made everything easily accessible on foot. The price was excellent for what the apartment offers, especially considering how close it is to all the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
Cons: The only downside was some noise during the evenings, due to the apartment being located in the old town. We stayed in December, so it was quite calm, but during the summer season it could be a bit noisy, especially since the soundproofing is limited. For guests who are very sensitive to noise and looking for complete quiet, this might be slightly inconvenient.

Excellent spacious apartment in the heart of the old town.
Pros: Excellent very spacious apartment in the heart of the old town. Modern shower room, big bedroom and living area plus kitchen were all lovely plus a long balcony overlooking a small shopping street.
Cons: Some noise at night, early in the season so imagine could be worse in summer.

Pros: Property was very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, perfect location, very comfortable main bedroom. The hosts were very kind to leave us some treats, and they were very helpful to everything we asked.
Cons: The sleeping arrangement for the fourth person was a bit small for an adult but manageable for a few nights, and it was already mentioned to us beforehand.

Pros: We stayed for one night with my wife and our 10 months old daughter. Hosts even provided a beautiful crib for our liitle one. Apartment was cute, bathroom newly renovated and is located in the 1st floor (there are some steep stairs, so if you are a person with mobility impairments, you should take this into account). There are 2 new AC units so if it's hot outside, you won't have the slightest idea! Hosts are really responsive and the location is superb, in a street that in the day is full of life and in the night quite as a theatre, cause all the stores are closing!

A perfect nine days
Pros: This is the third time I have stayed at Marinos in the past four years. It is, quite simply, perfect. Excellent hosts Katerina and Anthony, beautiful apartment, perfect location : 3 minutes on foot to the beautiful Venetian harbour, 4 minutes to the well-stocked Synca supermarket, 5 minutes to the central bus station. Situated right in the centre of the old town, there is immediate access to the colourful pedestrianized area and to its shops, bars and restaurants. Next time I am in Chania I will certainly use Marinos again if it is available.
Cons: There is nothing not to like at Marinos Studios
