Catherine Apartment

Pros: Apartment was in excelent quiet location close to the sea, so it was very easy to start every day with a little swim. Walk to the city center was as well very pleasant leading you to the harbour on the coast line. There was no problem with parking the car outside of the building and it was very easy to reach the express road out of the town. Hosts welcome you with a little gifts waiting for you in the fridge. All necessary appliances are also available and if you plan longer stay grat accommodation is the washing machine. Just downstairs is a lovely bakery with a very friendly staff. Rooms are very big and comfortable. You have 4 doors to walk out to 2 balconies which are located on both sides of the building.

A comfortable flat with nice view

Pros: The flat was great, with two balconies – one offering a lovely mountain view and the other a side view of the sea. The mattress was comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. The hosts were very helpful and always willing to assist with anything needed. Check-in was flexible, with easy access through a key box. A small supermarket as well as the beach is just 2 minutes away, and there’s a bakery right downstairs. The old town and Harbour are about 20 minutes away, making it very convenient to explore. I felt really comfortable during my 4-week stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The only slight downside was that the neighbors were doing renovations, which was a bit disruptive while I was working remotely during the day. However, I understand that it’s quite common in southern European tourist cities to carry out renovations during the winter season. Overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of my stay.

Excellent cosy and home from home

Pros: Beautiful apartment so modern and clean and comfy and Andreas is an amazing host. Plus it’s directly next to the beach

Pros: Nice, specious, comfortable apartment, fully equipped with everything needed. It is only 3 minutes from the beach, with a bakery on the 1st floor and a supermarket round the corner.

Cons: Not close to the old town and there is not well organised public transport to get there. Going by car is also not an option, but it is a good opportunity for a nice evening walk along the sea.

Pros: Massive apartment for just me, washing machine bonus travelling for 5 weeks and so close to beach so could swim everyday even after big day trips. Nice walk into old town. Owner son dropped off home made sweets were delicious 😋 and grapes and cold water on arrival was just what I needed.

Perfect

Pros: The location is perfect - right next to beaches, close to supermarket and bakeries. The apartment is huge, so beautifully furnished with everything someone might need. The host was very welcoming and helpful on multiple occasions. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Big and newly renovated apartment close to everything in Chania. Recommended!

Pros: Beautiful and big apartment with good furniture, a really well stocked kitchen (appliances) and really friendly owner. It’s placed in a street with a bakery downstairs and the beach just a few minutes away. Grocery store right up the street. 5 minutes walking distance from a lot of restaurants and 15 minutes from Old Town.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!

Pros: Großzügiges Appartement mit modernem Bad und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Im Kühlschrank befand sich als Willkommensgruss Wein, Wasser und Obst. Der Strand von Nea Chora ist nur 100-200meter entfernt.

Cons: Das einzig Störende waren die Mücken auf der Terrasse, da das Appartment an ein unbebautes Grundstück grenzt, auf welchem Pflanzen verrotten. Hier halfen jedoch „Espirales“

Pros: Blisko plaży bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny właściciel.

Heerlijk appartement , perfect. voor strand en stad,

Pros: Perfecte locatie voor strand vacantie en op loopafstand van Chania stad. Appartement ligt boven bakkerij dus 's morgens steeds vers brood. Apprtement had alles wat we nodig hadden.
