It's a great hotel and we had a very nice time!

Pros: Breakfast: excellent and more than excellent! Pools are clean. We had free sunbeds at the beach. Stuff is very pleasant and helpful. There are a lot of flowers all around the hotel.

Cons: Kettle on/off button didn't work. WC door were damaged by the water. Our room was next to the construction site, so there were noise even early morning.

Pros: Excellent location, vast property right on the beach

Cons: Some rooms are outdated. Was earlier given a room on ground floor which felt claustrophobic, moved to another room later which was much better. The water slides shown in pictures are actually from the Platanias Village property (same owner) opposite to this one and the facility is payable.

Perfect place for a getaway

Pros: Everything was just top service from start to finish. The room was lovely with a nice balcony and comfy beds. Lovely amenities within the room and waters in the fridge already. The sunbeds were so comfy and using hotel pool towels made life easier as you can exchange every few days for fresh ones. Loved that there were multiple pools including an adult only one. Also some of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Great selection of food, always topping up and lovely views of the beach etc. We also had some drinks in the hotel bar and had some amazing cocktails whilst by entertained by Greek dancing. Finally, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout which truly made the experience a 10/10 trip for us.

Nice hotel for a family vacation

Pros: The hotel is well located in an area with many shops and restaurants, and close to Chania. We received an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, which was a delightful surprise and added to our enjoyment of the place. The hotel has many pools.

Cons: The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety, but the dining hall is crowded and busy. In addition, the beach near the hotel is less appealing, we preferred driving to other beaches.

Great breakfast, lovely pools, and direct beach access, but limited kids’ activities, small rooms.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent – delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We also really enjoyed the pools; there are four in total, and each one is lovely. The only tricky part was that most of the sunbeds around the pools were already reserved with towels by other guests before 7 a.m., which made it hard to find a spot later in the morning. On the plus side, the hotel offers direct beach access with free sunbeds for guests.

Cons: We had a nice stay overall, but there are a couple of things worth noting for families with children: If you’re visiting with kids, the entertainment options are quite limited. The kids’ club during the day mostly offers drawing activities, which our little ones lost interest in fairly quickly. In the evening, there’s a kids’ disco, but it’s mainly the same songs played from YouTube each night. It would be wonderful if the hotel could offer a bit more variety and engaging activities for children. The room we were given felt a bit small for a family of four (two adults and two children under 10). The convertible couch wasn’t very comfortable, and the bathroom was also quite compact. We did ask about changing rooms after check-in, but unfortunately there weren’t any alternatives available at the time. With some improvements in family entertainment and room comfort, this could be an even better destination for families.

Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect, exactly next to the beach. The best part of the day, was eating out breakfast and having the best view we had ever imagine. The people who were working at the hotel were very friendly and always ready to suggest us places to visit! Especially Giorgos at the bar became our favorite bartender, with his smile and positive energy !

Cons: Everything was very good! We enjoyed our stay . The only small negative thing was that people used to leave their towels from very early in the morning to the sun-beds. Sometimes after 08:00 , you couldn’t find a bed to lay and enjoy your time at the swimming pool. I don’t know if the hotel can control it somehow , but that was the only thing that made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

Pros: It is very nice hotel, close to the sea. We only had breakfast. It was exelent. Last day, when we had to leave early, we could have early breakfast at 6.30 am. The staff was very nice.

Pros: Most of the staff is very nice, specially with kids. Great swimming pools, short walk to the beach and amazing views from the restaurant. very close to restaurants and things to do around.

Cons: The pool entertainer is not mentally fit to work in a 5 star hotel. He was supposed to get the people from the pool doing exercises around lunch time, but one day the speaker was not working properly, then he just kicked the speaker and cancel the class. For the rest of the days he was always moody. The hotel has a policy against people reserving pool chairs with towels, however every chair is taken before 7:30am (only the by the towels), so we saw a few arguments with people “stealing” each other chairs and moving things around.

Pros: Beautiful place, staff & food was amazing. Beach at doorstep & everywhere was spotless clean. Staff were so kind & helpful. Would highly recommend
