A spacious apartment near Old Chania town

Pros: The apartment is spacious, and generally well fitted out. The bed was very comfortable. There is a lot of storage space for your things. The air conditioning was fairly new and very quiet. Being on the 3rd floor it is fairly quiet, with little street noise. From the spacious balcony it has views inland over the rooftops to the white mountains. It is only a 6 minute walk to the harbour in the old town. The landlord was really helpful.

Cons: Nothing much. We liked the apartment.

Pros: Apartments in reality are fully matched the pictures. It's located very close to the old town (5 minutes) and beach Nea Chora (7 minutes). And big supermarket in a few minutes walking. It's the 3rd floor (the last one), and there's an amazing view to the mountains. At the same time, you can find excellent local grill restaurant Kantouni on the ground floor of this building. The washing machine is very useful and there are 2 balconies with dryers.

Cons: It's a really very busy and noisy intersection, but if you close all windows, then it's silent. AC is new and effective

Very friendly and helpful owner, clean apartment, perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, a 7-minute walk from the beach, a 3-minute walk from the supermarket, and close to the old town.

Cons: No AC and no fan in the bedroom. Very noisy street

Perfect

Pros: there are things that still need improvement such as the water pressure, some more kitchen utensils such as kitchen towels, kitchen dishes and a cooking pot more. It would also not be an unnecessary luxury to be able to cool the bedroom with a fan or the like. but other than these little things we are very satisfied

Cons: The air conditioning did not cool properly. and, as already mentioned, there could be some accessories for the kitchen and bedroom.

Pros: Having lived on the island for a number of years and visited the island since 2006 i obviously have a good bit of knowledge of areas and things to do. This apartment very well located for the beach in Nea Hora and the town itself, nice little extras supplied by owner water, juice, fruit and raki. It is on a busy junction so quite a lot of traffic but you're on the third floor so not an issue, well for me anyway i like to be central. Maybe one slight issue i would suggest a wall mounted key store outside for easy entry to apartment that would save you having to wait for owner to let you in and for when you leave, apart from that all good 👍.

Pros: Comodo, grande, posizione abbastanza vicina al centro città che al mare, ascensore ok, aria condizionata ok. Consigliato!!

Cons: C'è un buco nel divano con un ferro che sporge, andrebbe aggiustato perché può graffiare

Pros: Appartamento a due passi dal centro. Super attrezzato. TV con internet e quindi possibilità di vedere canali in italiano (utile per chi come noi ha bimbi). Parcheggio facile nelle vicinanze. Ambienti grandi e spaziosi, incluso il bagno. Pulito. Lo raccomandiamo.

Soggiorno fantastico, posizione e arredamento punti di forza

Pros: Posizione ottima per la stazione di bus e pullman, vicina anche al porto dove ci sono un sacco di ristoranti, locali, negozi e supermercati. Letto e divano molto comodi, 2 balconi ognuno con il suo stendino, da dove si vede anche il tramonto. Cucina con forno e fornelli a induzione, bagno con lavatrice e vasca. Pulita e ben arredata.

Cons: casa perfetta e completa di tutti gli accessori, l'unica cosa che non abbiamo trovato é la scopa e la moka, per fare il caffe c'é solo il bollitore per caffe solubile.
