Cozy suite by Spiros & Marina

Lovely appartment and very welcoming and warm host

Pros: The host was waiting for us and was very welcoming and friendly. He showed us around the flat and gave us lots of information about the area and recommendations of what to do and where to eat. He had also stocked the fridge with water, yoghurt and fruit. He couldn't have been more welcoming!

Nice place to stay at.

Pros: I haven’t seen this well equipped apartment since I’ve used booking - this one had more amenities than one could have imagined. Spiros’s even left us food and drinks in the fridge. A LOT of it. Another thing which was important to us was parking. We found parking in front of the apartment almost every day, (or parked very close). For free! The edge of the tourist center was 15 mins away, but one could be at the very center with shops, restaurants, bars in around 25 mins. Spiros was very kind. He offered to tell us about the places we can visit, including the beaches and restaurants. He reacted almost immediately when we asked for something. Generally,, we were happy with our choice.

Cons: We didn’t like onky little things, they aren’t even worth mentioning.

A very pleasant stay, that didn't cost the Earth, and we were sorry to leave!

Pros: The location is really nice. It's in a residential neighbourhood about fifteen minutes walk from Chania's Venetian Port. We really enjoyed the walk, as we encountered many local people as well as other tourists. There are a few places to eat close to the property, and a couple of mini-supermarkets, so obtaining food and provisions is within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, and has a nice private enclosed patio with table and chairs. We never met Spiros, the owner, as he was away. However, he could not have been more helpful, mainly by text, and he even resolved a noisy fan in by that method. Don't ask me how, he just did! :)

Cons: The apartment is small, there's no getting away from that. But it's really cosy (hence the name!) and it suited us well. The shower room, though, is tiny. I mean really tiny. The two of us are both small in stature, so we managed. However, any large people would maybe find it a problem.

Great two nights in Chania

Pros: Spiros is a wonderful host - very welcoming and attentive, always responding quickly to messages. Very generous and thoughtful to have beer and water in the fridge and fruit and snacks on the table!

Convenient, thoughtful, value for money

Pros: So close to the centre. Didn’t have a car and we didn’t really need it as we mostly explored Chania. The owner payed so much attention to making sure we were as comfortable as possible. He gave us so many extra things like chocolates, jams, wine, croissants etc. Absolutely outstanding!!!

Cons: The only downfall was the bathroom. It floods quite easily but we were there for an entire week, so if you’re there for a few days, it’s totally fine

Great stay!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here for a week. Very clean, cozy, home feel apartment. Has everything that you need! 20 min walk to the old town Has a supermarket near by Bus ride to a good beach. Beach umbrella provided 🤩 Lovely terrace outside Very useful washing a tumble drier Fully equipped kitchen, perfect as we cooked there

Amazing, definitely recommend!

Pros: The space was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Looks even better than photos. The owner, Spiros, welcomed us even though we had a flight delay and arrived pretty late. He was more than nice, waiting us with water bottles, soda, wine, raki and even some food for the morning. Really appreciated that. Quick to response whenever we needed. The apartment is situated at around 15 minutes to city center by foot. The neighborhood was pretty nice also. We would definitely come back!

Pros: Super accueil de Spiros avec toutes les explications touristiques qui vont bien. Petit appartement bien équipé et bien situé. Et en plus il y avait de l’eau, de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner, une collation ou un apéro ! Merci encore à Spiros et Marina.

Excellent séjour.

Pros: Le logement était conforme à la description, super équipé et confortable. Situé à 15min à pied de l'hypercentre, il combine accessibilité et est calme la nuit. Les commerces/cafés/restaurants sont nombreux à 5 mins à pied. La plage est également située à qq mins à pied. Petit plus: l'accueil chaleureux par l'hôte du logement qui prend le temps de vous expliquer les coins intéressants dans la ville et les excursions qui en valent la peine. Super.

Pros: parcheggio facilmente reperibile,posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro, molto pulita e colazione ricca più varie bibite in frigo compresa una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto ,lavatrice a disposizione bel soggiorno

Cons: climatizzatore in camera un po fastidioso per l aria diretta
