Ferenikis apartment

Pros: If you are looking for an authentic experience, far from the hotels and the swimming pool all day long, I recommend this place. Appartment is very nice, everything needed and more inside the apartment. Quiet and very clean. Nikki is very nice, it was very easy to communicate with her. Takes about 20 minutes to be at the Old Venetian Harbor on foot, so if you like walking it is very good occasion to see the city.

Perfect stay in a lovely city

Pros: Niki is the best host you can wish for. She's kind and attentive and responds quickly when you ask her anything. She pays attention to detail when preparing the apartment for her guests, so that you find everything you need (including delicious olive oil and fruits, coffee, etc). The bed is sooo comfortable! There is air conditioning in the bedroom, very important for a stay during the hot summer months. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for a good rest after a busy day. Right in front of the apartment building there is a bus stop which takes you to Chania's city center. Nearby there is a bakery with delicious pastries and a nice square with a supermarket, a shop with fresh fruits and veggies open until around 11pm and plenty of restaurants. In summary - I had the perfect stay and will definitely come back :)

Pros: Our flight was delayed so by the time we arrived at the accommodation it was 10pm and we were exhausted. We had contact with Niki during the day to let her know we'd be late arriving, but she was happy to meet us at that time and was very helpful and friendly. She gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and local information, and also left us with a bowl of fruit and supplies which kept us going for most of the week - didn't need a supermarket for days!... but she even gave us directions to the nearest one. When we travel, we tend to hire a car, so parking is a consideration. Here, there is plenty of free street parking and we had no issues there. Is is about 15/20 minutes walk into the Old Town for Bars/Restaurants, but it is is a quiet safe area, so there is no 'disco noise', as it's just a residential area. Couldn't recommend this place more, and Niki is a fabulous host.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and it had everything one would need for a vacation. Big windows let a lot of light in and the apartment was overall very cozy. The bath tub was a nice extra! Communication with the host worked really well. She was very kind and we even got a little house tour despite the late hour of our arrival.

Cons: The kitchen could include a microwave and a mirror outside of the bathroom would be handy.

Pros: Wyjątkowe miejsce - idealna lokalizacja, z daleka od głośnego centrum miasta, w odległości spaceru od starówki czy plaży, bardzo przyjemnej jak na plażę w mieście. Wspaniale wyposażone, piękne mieszkanie. Podczas pobytu niczego nam nie brakowało - urocza właścicielka zadbała o każdy szczegół i idealnie przygotowała apartament na nasz pobyt z niemowlakiem. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko, winda. Miejsce idealne.

Pros: The owner was very nice and she gave us all of the information we needed about Chania and more. The apartment was exceptionally clean and functional and I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The location is just outside the loud city center so it was easy to sleep and to relax. Do not hesitate to come here it is a very nice place.
