Great host, great stay. Great place to come back to!
Pros: A very friendly and helpful host, helped us with the flat, recommended the best nearest restaurants and gave us a few useful tips. Large flat, very close to the beach, parking spots usually available within 50 meters from the flat(October). Close to the town center. Mini markets nearby. Large working smart TV. Coffee maker. Sandwich maker. Electric Window shutters. Accurate flat photos.
Cons: There could be a beach blanket/sun umbrella in the flat available.

Pros: Everything was great! Beautiful apartment and very clean ! Near to the beach ,good food and the owner very kind person and very helpful with everything we need! We had a great time staying there and we highly recommend this location!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here! The location was very good, basicly you could see the sea as you walked out of the apartment. The place was very clean and well equiped and the bed very confortable. 10 minutes walk to the city center. Our host was helpful and available all the the time even when we locked ourselves out at 11pm he came at the location in 10 minutes and let us in. We enjoyed everything!

Pros: Everything was neat and clean. Had a nice and good time, the sea and the beach are very close by. You can walk in the centre of Chania in the evening, good taverns nearby. The owner of the apartment was friendly, hospitable and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need. Induction hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, fridge, there is also a washing machine.

We felt like at home in this big, well equipped and conveniently located apartment
Pros: Our stay at Lazareta 3 apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is very spacious and stylishly decorated. Everything was new and clean. We liked the kitchen the most because it was well equipped with everything we needed and also bigger than our own. We felt like at home because of the extra small things that were waiting for us there - raki, croissants, water, juice, basic things needed for cooking, cleaning, coffee, tea... Big plus was the washing machine. The location is perfect, right next to the Nea Chora beach, and close to many taverns, cafes, pharmacy, market, bakery, car rental... It is walkable distance to the Chania old town ( 15-20 minutes). The communication with the agency that manages the property was professional and smooth and problems that we had were promptly addressed.
Cons: As it says in the property description, it is on the ground floor which comes with some negative sides regarding the privacy, since the immediate surroundings of the property are frequented by both locals and tourists. The issue can be solved easily using the convenient roller shutters and curtains, but you have to pay attention. The balcony is also not that nice compared to if it was on upper floors.

Ottimo soggiorno per una vacanza .
Pros: Appartamento pulito ben tenuto e con tutte le comodità. L’unico neo, la mancanza della lavastoviglie e la Tv senza canali in lingua Italiana. Staff sempre presente e disponibile oltre che molto gentile.
Cons: Direi niente.

Pros: Nagyon jó helyen, 100 méterre a tengertől. Csendes, tiszta. Wifi jó. Modern, jó hangulatú. Nagyon kényelmes ágy. Szuper légkondi. Nagyon kedvesek voltak, már 11-kor elfoglalhattuk a szállást
Cons: A konyhában a mikrohullámú sütő kicsit hiányzott.

Pros: Prostornost, bližina plaže, tudi mestno jedro je lahko dosegljivo peš....stanovanje je bilo vredu, oprema tudi mogoče bi bila dobrodošla še kakšna mikrovalovna pečica..... Drugače pa vse super...
Cons: Slaba stvar je bil balkon, saj smo bili v pritličju in čisto ob cesti. Na terasi smo sušili stvari. Ukradli so nam brisače, blazine za vodo, nekaj oblačil.... Tako, da priporočam, da na terasi ne puščajte stvari, ko vas ni v bližini.....

Pros: Замечательные апартаменты! Очень чисто, просторно, есть все необходимое, нам было очень комфортно и уютно. Само расположение прекрасное, 2 минуты ходьбы к морю, кафешкам и ресторанам. Александр был очень доброжелательный хозяин, отвечал на все наши вопросы и во всем помогал нам. При отъезде вошёл в наше положение и очень помог нам! Если ещё будем отдыхать в Ханье, обязательно отстановимся у него снова!
