Pros: Location is perfect, the apartment is spatious enough to host a small company of friends. Besides it's really close to the beach, the hostess Ann was super helpful with everything!

It was a lovely holiday and thoroughly enjoyed Chania.

Pros: It’s very close to the beach and local restaurants, tavernas and bars. I would recommend the host implement a mid-week towel change and perhaps clean as it will help creating a better service.

Cons: Unfortunately there are two new block of flats under construction very close to the property and every morning the builders would make a lot of noise and wake you up early. Not the owner’s fault but it happened.

An excellent holiday in a quieter area of town.

Pros: This is a first class apartment situated close to a lovely beach with excellent family run restaurants. The introduction / briefing was very helpful. Everything was clean and well equipped. Some written notes re local information eg shops, general stores, transport etc would have been useful. I would strongly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning in the near future.

Pretty good apartment but too expensive for what it offers

Pros: Pro Relatively quiet area Close to the beach and only 17 min walk to the beautiful old town The apartment has everything one needs ( from kitchen utensils and plates to microwave, huge fridge and oven ) Three separate air conditioning units - each bedroom and the living room. Lots of storage space. The greatest asset of the apartment was Eleanna ( the manager) - always one Whatsup message away, always ready to make our stay better. ( due to her, I increased the rating by 2 stars - from 6 to 8)

Cons: The bed in the small bedroom is squeaky and the mattress way too soft. In order to have a shower one needs to wait for 20 min or so so the water gets warm. ( ok, that may be the situation in Chania - maybe - but if one cannot have a warm shower when coming home from a long day, one should not pay Switzerland prices for the apartment) The shower has no curtain - so one needs to be extra careful not to flood the whole bathroom. The TV has just Greek channels ( We searched for a long time ) For the huge price they charged us you would expect the owners to spend about 1 euro per day to get us some international channels.

Pros: Beliggenhet, nær stranden og kort vei inn til sentrum. Leiligheten var velutstyrt, sengene var komfortable. Vi ble tatt vel imot av Eleanna som også svarte raskt på meldinger underveis i oppholdet.

Cons: Ingenting

Pros: This was a great location. 1.5 blocks to a perfect beach and many many restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed.

Cons: Only negative is that you had to wait 20-40 minutes for hot shower.

ECCEZIONALE

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento curato nei minimi particolari con veranda vista mare.. pulizia eccellente.. vicino a spiaggia libera perfetta per chi ha bambini con docce gratis e bagnino.. volendo anche spiagge attrezzate con ombrellone e due sdraio a 10 euro.. parcheggio privato.. non manca veramente nulla

Locatie excelenta, dotarea apartamentului foarte buna. Recomand

Pros: Locatia este foarte aproape de plaja si de magazine, restaurante, etc. Apartamentul este foarte bine dotat si amenajat.

Cons: Nu s a facut curatenie in nicio zi. Nu s au schimbat prosoapele. Am fost anuntati de proprietar cu 2 zile inaintea sejurului, de faptul ca apartamentul de deasupra este in renovare. Cu siguranta nu a depins de proprietar, dar pentru noi a fost deranjant.
