koukounari apartment in Chania city center

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at koukounari apartment. The apartment is situated in a really nice neighbourhood with a park and great coffee shop and a supermarket in short walking distance. It's also located ideally between the old town and the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, well stocked and the hosts left us a generous amount of welcome food and drinks.

Perfect apartment for a holiday in Chania!

Pros: Very modern and nice and well equiped apartment. Comfortable beds. We felt very welcome!

Modern, clean and spacious apartment- a perfect stay!

Pros: The location of the 2nd floor modern apartment was excellent. (There is a lift) We hadn't hire a car but it didn't matter as the harbour, large supermarket, old town, restaurants, beach and bus station were all just a short walk away. The owners met us and were so friendly. They showed us around the apartment which was very clean and comfortable with a variety of equipment in the kitchen for cooking. As we were staying in August, the air-conditioning in the rooms worked well and was very much welcomed. Even though the apartment was in the centre, it is not on a main road so is quiet. One of the two long balconies, looks over a small park and is a lovely place to sit in the evening.

Cons: Nothing- would happily stay again.

Dont hesitate to book

Pros: Very very good spot. Close to old town and many restaurants to choose from. Easy parking. Communication with the owner (Lefteris) was super easy (lives in the building) and he even came to see and greet us. We had fruits and a bottle of wine upon arrivalHe leaves a detailed document of things to do and places to eat. We are definitely coming back

Pros: Posizione perfetta, si trova molto facilmente il posto auto. Le finestre affacciano sul parco di fronte dando la sensazione di essere immersi nel verde. Il parco ha dei graziosi giochi per bambini. Appartamento bellissimo, super moderno e arredato talmente bene che sembra di stare a casa propria. Veramente comodi i due terrazzi che sono un plus.

Chania ist eine schöne Stadt, die man gut und gerne auch noch Anfang November besuchen kann. Es ist noch vieles geöffnet

Pros: Die Wohnung gefällt uns sehr gut, sie modern sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen schöne Blick über die Bäume des kleinen Parks hinweg. Die beiden Doppelbetten sind sehr bequem, das Bad geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist ideal um in die Altstadt und ans Meer zu kommen. Wir sind immer durch den Weg zum Meer in die Stadt und Restaurants gelaufen. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns mit ein paar leckeren Kleinigkeiten verwöhnt und bei Fragen auch via WhatsApp sofort geholfen. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

Pros: Todo perfecto. La atención del propietario excelente. Muy buena ubicación.

Soggiorno piacevole

Pros: Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, situata nella zona centrale della città, così da spostarsi facilmente la sera anche in zona se non si ha la possibilità di avere una macchina. Proprietari molto disponibili e attenti anche nel dare consigli utili per quanto riguarda le varie città/spiagge di Creta. Consiglio questa struttura per chi vuole avere un piacevole soggiorno a Chania.
