Holy Sea Smart Suites

Pros: Giannis was very attentive to our needs. As we were celebrating a special occassion, Giannis prepared some things for us to make our trip extra memorable. The whole place is already very nice - it is very new and equiped with everything you need and more, but the fact that Giannis was so attentive added a personal touch to our stay - which was really appreciated. There are exceptional sunsets visible from the outdoor patio area, to enjoy while sipping on a cold beer. The amazing beaches in the area are only a maximum of 10 minutes driving from this place, and there are 3 to 4 tavernas with dinner and lunch options a 5 minute drive from the house. A car is definitely recommended, and there is plenty of free parking space. Amazing stay, just don't look any further and book this place!

Cons: Maybe the only point of improvement would be to send the check in code before arrival rather than waiting for us to call by phone. Also the shower door should be extended to prevent the bathroom from getting wet :) these are very minor details and did not affect our stay

Stunning surroundings and stunning place.

Pros: It was the best place we stayed on a 10 day tour around Crete. Absolutely beautiful facilities. Great design and location. We rented both suites and we all loved it. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Superb stay

Pros: Very beautiful accommodation and styled with taste. Although the kitchen is slightly smaller it is well equipped with oven, hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, salt, pepper, oil etc. You also have a safe box, iron facilities, drying rack, hair dryer, toiletries, beach towels. The sunbeds and bed were very comfortable. The owners are very lovely as well and helped us with recommendations and other suggestions. During our 6 nights stay they also came in the 2nd or 3rd day to clean and provide fresh towels and beach towels. We enjoyed our stay here and if back to Elafonisi we will stay here again. You also have a perfect view of the sunset and the monastery.

Cons: As a recommendation a bread toaster for the kitchen and also a slightly smaller pot than the current one would be great. Although the bathroom is very high end designed, if taking a longer shower the water tends to avoid the second drain and makes a puddle near the toilet. The bath math is not enough in that case. A mop somewhere on the premises would be a very good addition because of this. As well, a broom and a dustpan would be nice as well to clean all the sand we bring back from the beach.

Pros: Modern relaxing and clean. Excellent location very close to elafonisi. The owner and staff were polite helpful and provided lots of information on places to eat and visit I recommend it for couples or three member families looking for a restful stay in Crete Elafonisi and nearby beaches Excellent choice and for sure will visit again!

Unforgettable

Pros: There are no words! An amazing and unique property, with immense and indescribable peace. Just 4 minutes from Elafonisi and Kedrodasos, the place is set on a clearing that looks directly onto one of the most breathtaking sunsets I have ever seen. The host is fantastic, and nearby there are reasonably priced restaurants serving excellent fish. At night, you can admire an incredible starry sky. I stayed here for my honeymoon, and I can truly say this place gave me unforgettable moments. I recommend it to everyone, you won’t find anything better in the area, and it will stay in your heart.

Pros: This place is beautiful, and I think one of the best location on the west of Crete to have a relaxing and high quality holiday

Pros: The in-suit location is really close Elafonisos Beach, White Lake beach and Voulolimni. It is modern, well-maintained and peacefull place. The communication with the host was excellent. The sunset view from the property is just perfect!

Pros: Holy Sea Smart Suites is like a five star hotel room; in fact it’s much more than that. A large parking for the car, a nice garden with a beautiful view of the sea and an ancient monastery. You can make your own breakfast in the morning with a high tech small kitchen or your aperitif in the evening during the sunset ( at least in June you will see the Sun desappear in the sea) All the forniture is branded new; led lights eveywhere, a large tv in case you want to see some movies. The Wi-Fi connection is perfect. Check in and check out have been very good; the owners speak a very good english; they built Holy Sea Smart Suites with love and knowledge. In the Elafonisi area it’s the perfect choice for your vacation. it's worth much more than what you pay.
