Excellent stay, super quiet, beautiful view

Pros: Great place to explore Falasarna, Balos and Elafonisi. Beautiful view, excellent breakfast, super quiet and everything looked new. We really had a great time!

Amazing stay in breathtaking location

Pros: This place is absolutely amazing!!! The terrace, the pool, the room everything is so beautifully designed and comfortable. Great sunset to watch from your private pool. The location is also perfect, in a quiet area but close to restaurants and the beach. Service is super nice and friendly. We will come back!!

Cons: I only think the breakfast could be a bit more advanced considering how premium the rest of the place is (eg fresh eggs, plant based yoghurt or milk), it somehow seems out of balance. Would be nice to have outdoor seating for the breakfast as well. Besides this everything was perfect

Pros: Location is nice, over the bay of Falasarna. You do need a car to get around. The views are fantastic and you can watch sunset each evening from your own terrace or from the pool. Hosts are quick to respond and friendly. There is room for improvement. There is a lot of potential with this property it just needs to be used right.

Cons: Immature neighbours staying at the same property.

Pros: We had a great stay! The room was new, spotless, and had a beautiful view. The pool was clean, daily housekeeping was perfect, nights were peaceful, and having private parking was very convenient. Our special request was also kindly fulfilled, which we really appreciated.

Cons: A few small things could be improved: the entrance door could be better insulated, as it let in noticeable noise during windy weather, breakfast could be a bit more varied and start earlier than 8:30, and the shower water temperature was a bit inconsistent. But overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!

Most amazing time at this beautiful vacation home. Private Pool with stunning view.

Pros: The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt home from the start. If you are looking for a peaceful escape with comfort, privacy and a spectacular view this is the place.

Effortless comfort in every detail

Pros: One of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed in Greece, easy to reach and very close to Falasarna beach / local tavernas & bakery. Everything is new and very well built, with high quality materials, finishes, and fabrics. There’s a lot of care and passion invested in this place, the rooms and outdoor spaces are spotless. On my last day, they were already adding umbrellas on the poolside terraces, so you can tell they’re constantly improving. The check-in/out was seamless, the layout is thoughtful, everything works exactly as it should, and the sunset view is genuinely impressive. Manolia is extremely kind and welcoming, and although breakfast was included as a surprise, I didn’t manage to catch it, as I was in a rush every morning. Definitely a place I’ll return to, thank you for an amazing stay and keep up the great work!

Pros: Our stay at Petras was definitely a 10/10. The staff were responsive, helpful, and kind throughout. The room is brand new, with great amenities, and the terrace with the pool is a wonderful spot to relax while enjoying the breathtaking view. The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Falasarna Beach, and the access road is in good condition. I highly recommend staying at Petras and would love to return!

Romantic apartments with fantastic sunsets and private pools

Pros: Fantastic view and sunset. Real luxury feeling with our own pool, and furnished pool area. The apartment is well equipped with coffee machine, water boiler, pans and whatever you will need. Walking distance to restaurants, and a close drive to some of the nicest beaches on the island.
