Pros: Great location with panoramic view overlooking Falasarna beach. The area is private, in the middle of olive tree fields. The balcony is great and the shower in the inner terrace was a nice surprise. Nicely decorated house. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. Good WiFi. Close by there are a lot of tavernas and in the village above there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy,etc.

Cons: The only thing that really bothered us through all the 10 days stay was the AC. There is one AC - 7000BTU in the living room and 2 ceiling fans with light in the bedrooms.During the hot July and August months this AC can`t cool all this space and the bedrooms were hot all the time. There is no balcony tent so it`s hard to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.The other issues: no curtain in the bathroom, loose kitchen faucet, smell from the sink and the drain...I`m sure that the owners can fix them easily!

Crete gem among olive trees

Pros: The Villa gives a gorgeous view of the olive grove and the sea. Nothing disturbs it. Quiet, no tourist crowds spoil the atmosphere, just nature and you. The interior is stylish, everything necessary for comfortable stay is available. We totally felt like home. The communication with the host is flawless. Very short drive to the Falasarna beach, nice restaurants around. We would be glad to stay here again!

Im Prinzip sehr angenehm überrascht

Pros: Die tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht. Die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die absolute Ruhe.

Cons: Zum Duschen muß man in die Wanne steigen. Kein Vorhang gegen Spritzwasser, Beim Treppenaufgang ist die erste Stufe nicht gut erreichbar.
