Pros: Leonid is a great host. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Apartment nice & clean.

Pros: Simple but exceptionally clean accommodation right in the centre of kalyves. Owner very helpful with booking.

Great overnight stay.

Pros: Room was fairly cool without aircon, as windows had been left open (with mosquito nets). Comfy beds. Packaged soap. Clean and functional. Water in fridge.

A great place for a calm beach holiday!

Pros: Very calm but still super close to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafés. The owner has been very friendly and helpful. In Kalyves, we enjoyed the sandy beach with crystal clear waters, the amazing Greek food and took a super cool boat trip with Sapphire Sea tours.

Cons: Payment was only possible by cash but the owner offered to take me to an ATM close by. AC was 5€/day as mentioned by others.

Pros: The location was perfect it was about 5/6 minutes walk to where the rest of my family were staying and so close to the beach.

Cons: nothing I liked absolutely everything about it - but I did find the mattresses were just a tad too hard, but everyone is different and I wouldn't mark down on that

Pros: My room was spacious and had a shaded balcony. I could prepare and cook basic meals with the equipment provided, even had a mini cooker with rings and an oven.

Cons: The air conditioning had to be paid for separately and in 40° heat that is unfortunate!

Great place to stay, don't miss out.

Pros: We arrived late to be greeted by the welcoming owner who showed us to our room. The room was large, situated on the first floor .There is a well equipped kitchenette, with a fridge, small oven, and dining table. Dish cloths were provided. The water and beer in the fridge was welcomed. We had two balcony's one at the rear of the apartment, with furniture and a smaller side balcony. The apartment was located just off the road, within walking distance of shops, and restaurants. Close to beaches and bus stops. plenty of walks to other beaches and mountain villages if you like walking.

Cons: The property didn't have a hair dryer which is very unusual, so take your own if you use one.

Pros: Super little studio, quite peaceful and within walking distance of beach. The owner was in the basement but not always there very helpful. Very clean. Extra Charge for Aircon but still good price

Pros: La situation du logement dans la ville: proximité des restaurants, des superettes, de la plage. Etablissement calme et bien tenu.

Cons: Les ustensiles de cuisine ne permettent pas de cuisiner : ils permettent juste de préparer une salade et les petits déjeuners. Pas de micro onde, une seule plaque chauffante , une seule casserole minuscule, une poéle très petite; Le parking privé ne permet pas à tous les résidents de s'y garer: 4 places pour 8 appartements dans l'immeuble.
