Pros: The location and facilities were amazing. The apartment was extremely luxurious and spacious.

Cons: We had an issue with the dishwasher not working that unfortunately wasn't fixed during our stay. This meant a lot of washing up for five people over one week. Also, there was no midweek housekeeping which would have been preferred for a towel change and mini clean. This also meant many trips to the local bins to empty out all the rubbish especially the toilet bins.

Pros: Both the apartment and whole block and pool area were fantastic. Well equipped, lots of towels, comfortable beds.

Cons: Instant hot water seemed to be an issue at times.

Brilliant apartment on a stunning complex!

Pros: Lovely little apartment, on a very clean and well presented complex. The pools were perfect for my family, and easily accessible from our apartment.

Cons: The main access to the complex from the road wasn’t the best as it was an uneven partly gravelled path / drive. This made accessing the property from the road to the town pretty hard work with a pushchair.

Pros: Modern well equipped apartment in new development. Nice pool. Great sea view. Close to beach.

Pros: The apartment is relatively new and so everything was in a new condition. On arrival, the apartment was immaculate - nicely furnished and very clean. This was a great start to our holiday, especially as we arrived late in the evening. We were welcomed in person the next day and received recommendations of places to visit. Great location - a very short walk to the nearby town with shops, lovely restaurants and near to the beach. A dedicated parking space was a bonus as was the gym. We've added this to our list of places to revisit. We didn't explore enough of Crete and so we'll be back!

Cons: The apartment is in a pretty quiet location given its closeness to the town - especially in the late afternoon/evening. However, during the day it isn't as quiet. It was a little disappointing to discover apartments being built next door. It wasn't too loud in all honesty, a little at times and the working hours weren't that long due to the lunch break and siesta. Still, it wasn't perfect whilst on holiday and so is the reason for not giving this apartment a 10.

Pros: Superb modern apartment. Well appointed with generous space.

Cons: Only small quibble is that there wasn’t a dedicated parking space for our apartment (there is for majority of others). But there was sufficient non-allocated space for us to park.

Amazing place in Kalyves. Brand new. Beautiful pool. Large Clean Jaccuzi.

Pros: This property is brand new. less than 150 meters from the beach / coffee shops in Kalyves. It is a beautiful property, probably best kitchen supplies I have seen. Even baking paper and aluminum foil. The host did a whatsapp based easy entry. No hassle. The Jaccuzi was amazing. Cleaned 3 times a week.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt! Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist top - alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Pros: Super appartement, très confortable, très propre, avec une belle piscine, un jacuzzi privatif sur la terrasse, vraiment top ! Très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du village et de la plage avec de nombreuses tavernes. Bref une excellente adresse dans un magnifique coin de Crète!
