Wonderful family run apartments in a great location 🥰

Pros: Wonderful family run apartments! Small but perfectly formed complex with lovely garden and swimming pool plus a bar selling drinks and snacks at a great price. Five mins walk to the nearest (blue flag) beach, two minutes to nearest restaurants and 10-15 mins stroll to the main area of bars restaurants and shops. Chania town is a really nice hour stroll along the coast or just 20 minutes on the regular buses. We stayed in one of the small studios (garden rooms) which was fine for our needs and had such a pretty outlook but the larger apartments looked amazing and very modern inside. Thanks so much to Yannis the owner and especially Yorgos for keeping us in drinks and snacks all week along with his friendly interesting chat, it was lovely to meet you and we'll be back for sure ❤️

Cons: Nothing.

A great place to stay!

Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean and had all that you needed, including a safe, kettle and coffee maker.

Cons: My balcony was in the shad the whole day and the gardens and pool side were mostly in the shade.

Lovely stay at Nikolas Suites

Pros: Perfect location for access to the areas beaches. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets all nearby. Many bus stops close by, so getting to/from Chania city is very easy and cheap. Our studio was compact, but perfect for our needs and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. We liked it so much, we booked again for next year whilst we were there!

Very nice hotel with apartments. Clean and spacious, feels like it was freshly renovated. There is a kitchenette to cook

Pros: Close to the beach, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and extra points for kitchenette.

Cons: Slow WiFi in some areas.

Pros: The Hosts - Welcoming and nice, the place - very clean. It is not beachfront but has a small pool. My room was spotless and I loved it.

Pros: - Great accommodation, the best we've ever had with our children - Very friendly and helpful staff, no problem was too big for them to solve - Clean pool with warmer water, most of the time we had it to ourselves, without other guests - Clean and well-maintained exterior, nice pool/hotel bar with reasonable prices - Practically equipped room with air conditioning, clean (cleaned almost daily, towels changed, toilet paper replenished) - Great location - beach 5 minutes away, two other beaches 10 minutes away. 50 meters to the bus stop to Chania, a few hundred meters to Lidl and a large local supermarket, several taverns and restaurants nearby - EVERYTHING was close by!

Cons: I tried to find something negative, but I really can't think of anything. :)

Pros: It was a beautiful little place, we had a studio apartment overlooking a lovely little garden with jasmine growing round the balcony smelling divine, great little pool George and the staff were lovely

Cons: Only one issue on the final Day was the shower downstairs we used before we left, got stuck on hot and burnt my wife's arm I believe they are dealing with it ?

Lovely apartments

Pros: Immaculately clean apartments, modern, very friendly hosts, gardens are very well kept, close to the beach. Approx a 30 min walk into chania old town, bus stop close by, and taxi €10-15 depending. Would definitely stay here again.

I fully recommend Nikolas Suites with his wonderful, nice and helpful host, rooms are very cozy, super clean, good equip

Pros: Property is located in very nice, quite place, closed to the beach, few tavernas, two big markets, bus stop, excellent located.

Cons: Nothing like this.

Very nice

Pros: The apartment is placed in a very nice and quiet area, closed to many taverns, a Lidl supermarket, bus station to Chania, but most important it's max 15 minutes walking distance from a few wonderful beaches. The building is surrounded by a very well maintained garden, the pool is small but clean and they take good care of the water quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The internet is a nightmare, both wifi and mobile data are very slow.
