Blue Island Luxury Apartment

Great location and accommodation, it’s inspired us to redecorate our home.

Pros: We loved everything. One of the nicest accommodations we have ever stayed and it definitely lived up to the luxury title. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Perfect location with a beautiful view of the sunset.

Cons: Nothing. Could not fault the accommodation.

A very enjoyable & relaxing holiday.

Pros: Great view looking across rooftops and out to sea. Good size balcony & BBQ / sun terrace - nice & private. Modern, clean, well equipped and maintained apartment. We stayed 10 days & apartment was cleaned / linen changed on day 6. Less than 20 mins walk to the beach and 3 supermarkets within 10 mins. Close bus stop for bus into Chania. Roula’s (the owner/host) recommendations for airport taxi & car hire were very good.

Cons: No issues whatsoever… everything very nice. Note that the apartment is attached to the hosts property although this presented no problems. The bed is twin beds pushed together but very big & comfortable.

Pros: The apartment is beautifully furnished and there is a stunning view from the outdoor seating area, especially at sunset. We loved making use of the sun loungers and BBQ, and enjoyed the 40 min+ walk into Chania mostly along the beach front. The air con was really good and a welcome relief! Roula was always on hand for any questions both before and during our stay and was really helpful meeting us nearby and then guiding us to the apartment upon arrival so that we could park our hire car on the correct side of the property rather than what Google Maps instructs. Roula provided a cleaning service mid-way through our stay which helped keep the apartment clean and comfortable.

Cons: We didn't realise until we arrived that the bed is 2 singles pushed together, so it wasn't as comfortable as a double for 2 people.

Cons: The one time we called for a taxi to go to the old town of Chania, the taxi never showed up as I believe the driver didn’t know where to go.

Pros: sehr gute und komfortable Ausstattung, außergewöhnlich gute Lage mit tollem Meerblick. das luxuriöse Appartement ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, man kann aber auch mit dem Bus nach Chania fahren.
