Nice comfortable apartment near beach
Pros: Clean, good sized for 2 people. Modern furnishings. Stuff provided in kitchen like oil, salt etc... coffee and tea also provided. Nice bathroom. Constable bed. Mosquito net in all windows and doors. 10 minutes walk form the nearest beach. Nice beach. 5 minutes walk to really good bakery.
Cons: Parking is a bit difficult.

Relaxing
Pros: My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The property is clean, comfortable and situated close to all the local amenities. Beach is 5-10 mins walk, Chania is 10 mins on the bus, which stops right next to the apartment and the local supermarket (Synka) is also close by, as are several really nice Tavernas. We'd definitely stay here again and are grateful to the hosts for making our stay a pleasant one.

Pros: I have been in Greece many times but it was my best accomodation! Very cosy, spacious, modern and well equiped! The wi-fi was perfect (it's not common in Greece at all), there were air-conditioner in both rooms and they worked well. The bed was comfortable, we slept really well. It was easy to communicate with the owners, but the truth is that we needed not to because everything was all right. The town center is easy to reach by bus. The nearest beach is very nice but there are other beaches in the neighborhood. We walked to the town beaches on the seaside, it took about 20-25 minutes, but those beaches were too crowded. Shops, bus stops, café, bakery are close, big supermarkets are 10 minutes walk. All in all it is a perfect apartment, we want to come back some time.

Pros: We loved it all. It was very clean, we had a fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. The couch was also very cosy and good wifi The comunication with the host was easy Great acomodation for a family with 1 kid

Pros: Très bel appartement situé près de l'avenue qui mène à la Canée. Pas de nuisances sonores. Grandes pièces, lits confortables, grande salle de bain très bien équipés. A 5 mn à pied de la mer. Possibilité d'aller à la Canée à pied par le bord de mer en se garant sur un grand parking à l'entrée de la ville.
Cons: Terrasse visible de la rue. Quartier commercial.

Perfect place
Pros: The perfect place to stay for our vacation with a toddler.She played outside in the lovely garden. Very quiet,very clean,you just feel like home. The private parking space is a big bonus if you rent a car. The hosts are very kind and helpfull.

Absolut empfehlenswert – wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Cosy Apartments in Chania. Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt – neu renoviert, mit einem großen, sehr sauberen und bestens ausgestatteten Badezimmer sowie einer geräumigen Küche, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Schon bei der Ankunft hat er uns mit Wasser, Kaffee, Saft und vielen weiteren Kleinigkeiten überrascht – Dinge, die wir gar nicht erwartet hatten, die uns den Aufenthalt aber noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Am Ende hat er uns sogar ein Souvenir als Geschenk überreicht – eine wirklich schöne Geste. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ολα τέλεια!
Pros: Τρομερή τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στη Χρυσή ακτή που είναι τέλεια παραλία για παιδιά! Επίσης μας υποδέχτηκαν πρωί πρωί που έφτασε το πλοίο (γύρω στις 7) πολύ βολικό για εμάς! Πολύ ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες και το σπίτι ευρύχωρο και δροσερό με χώρο πάρκινγκ! Γενικά το συνιστώ!
Cons: Ο καναπές δεν είναι βολικός επομένως δεν θα το πρότεινα για κάποιον που δυσκολεύεται να κοιμηθεί σε σκληρό στρώμα ή έχει θέματα με μέση κτλ.
