Anchris Paleochora

Pros: Andreas and his family live in the same building and Andreas is always available and ready to help. You get the cosy, lovely old-fashioned feeling, in a positive way, as many generations live under the same roof with you. The apartment was super clean all the time. The location is quiet and the beds are really good.

Pros: The location of the studio is very good and there is a parking place. The owner Andreas is very supportive. It is a very clean and pleasant studio.

Cons: It is a basement studio and there is no view and light .

Great stay.

Pros: Lovely, clean apartment. All amenities are close by. A bakery and supermarket are just around the corner. The charming town center is a five-minute walk away, with plenty of tavernas, restaurants, cafes, and wine bars. Because Paleóchora is situated on a headland, the sea is always nearby. A fantastic location!

Lovely apartment with great facilities in a perfect location.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, perfect location 5 mins to beach and to town with all restaurants etc. Had nearly all facilities we wanted in the kitchen and having a washing machine was really handy. Apartment was kept lovely and clean. Manager was helpful and friendly. Having a bakery and supermarket at the end of the road was so handy!

Cons: No iron, not a big thing, but would have been useful. Bed while lovely and big was a bit hard for us, so we didn't sleep brilliantly. Recognise that's personal preference, though, so not a complaint just an observation

Pros: The apartment is well equipped. The owner is very helpful. It is close to the sea, bakery, supermarket and restaurants.

Cons: There was nothing that you say I don't like.

A great holiday at Anchris in Paleochora

Pros: The host is an adorable person, kind and available for everything we asked. The room was clean, equipped with almost everything we needed and it got cleaned every 2 days. The apartments is in a secondary very quiet and peaceful street in the center, by foot it was possible to reach sandy beach in 2 minutes, the central restaurants, shops and other locals in 2-3 minutes and there are 3 mini markets at 1-3 minutes. The rooms has private parking. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived.

Cons: The pillows were a bit too soft. The fridge is a bit old and often buzzed, it was not bothering us, but for people with light sleep it may be a problem.

Perfect place for a relaxing stay in Paleochora

Pros: Located perfectly within a short walk to the beach, a nice bakery, several supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were very nice and helpful. Very clean.

Beautiful Paleochora

Pros: The best location literally steps away from the beautiful sandy beach. Very near everything else, too, like a bakery, supermarket, the restaurants and also the pebble beach. Andreas, the owner was very friendly and helpful with everything. It was a huge benefit to have a parking lot right next to the building. The apartment was compact but had everything you need and most importantly, a king size bed and a beautiful balcony with seaviews. AC was efficient and the apartment was fresh and clean. It offers excellent value for money. Crete is so big and beautiful that it is hard to pick one location over another but resorts just don’t come any better than Paleochora. You don’t even need a car while there because everything is in walking distance.

Cons: Nothing, we would definitely stay again!

Pros: The location was perfect with 2 supermarkets, a lovely bakery, lots of restaurants and wonderful beach close by. The owner, Andreas is a lovely man who goes out of his way to ensure you have a great holiday. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was clean.
