AnDi's Apartment's Paleochora

Great, clean apartment

Pros: Spotlessly clean, modern, great location, nice bathroom

A good place to stay near to all the fun which Palaichora offers.

Pros: The apartment was really clean and the daily housekeeping was great. It is a compact space. Everyone was friendly and Dimos was a communicative approachable host. It is a short walk to the sandy beach and to all that Palaiochora offers. There is a supermarket and a bakery at the end of the laneway in which the apartment building is situated. There is a narrow seating area outside of the apartment door and a foldout washing line with pegs on which everything dried in no time as it was so hot and windy.

Cons: The shower grouting was mouldy in a few areas. We did not get a list of activities or of recommended restaurants.

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment itself is modern and tastefully done up. It has a good amount of storage space for a small studio. The bed was very comfortable. It’s in a great location, just a stone’s throw away from the big sandy beach, bakery, tavernas, shops and the centre of Paleochora, but on a quiet side street so that it’s never noisy. The room was cleaned regularly. I also liked that we had a small terrace to sit outside and hang clothes. They made great use of the small space. We found a little breakfast pack when we arrived and every day there were treats left for my little daughter, which was very sweet. Dimos kept in close touch with me and was quickly responsive whenever I needed something. My daughter also befriended the lovely lady next door and enjoyed playing with her kittens.

Cons: There was no washing machine, although there is a space for an inbuilt one so it might be in the plans. I think the cooker/oven needs upgrading. It was a little scary to use with a small child around and not very user friendly. Also, with it being a ground floor studio on one side of a block of flats, there is just one window, and since it’s close to another block of flats next door, I felt like I needed to keep the blinds down most of the time to have any privacy (it was just me and my small child so it was necessary to keep the door open while I showered etc). Thus I had to sacrifice natural light for artificial light a lot of the time. Of course they can’t do anything about that, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and the owners are super nice, but due to the factors mentioned above, I feel it is just a bit overpriced for what it is.

Pros: Everything! A beautiful well equipped apartment with many thoughtful extras. Coffee, teas, treats in the fridge, a first aid kit, usb phone chargers etc etc. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. Dimos the host was very helpful and his lovely mother in law Maria and her little cat Zakos living next door were a delight. Would highly recommend

Pros: The location was perfect close to everything. The room/apartment, was very modern plenty of space, a full kitchen with dining table inside and outside, lovely Bathroom with a hot Powerful shower the hosts had thought of everything. Great attention to detail, very clean, really a lovely place to stay. And Dimos (the host) was very helpful. Great communication 5*

I felt very well

Pros: Kalimera Anastasia and Dimos! Apartment #3 was perfect. Very quiet, the mattress is heavenly, the kitchen equipment is great, the bathroom is small but nice. I especially liked the many little things (games, small pharmacy, etc.). I felt very well.

Stedet man kommer tilbage til.

Pros: Rent, funktionelt, godt indrettet. Top-beliggenhed med kort afstand til alting. Rengøring hver dag.

Cons: Det ved jeg ikke. Alt var jo godt.

Moderne og koselig leilighet med sentral beliggenhet. Anbefales!

Pros: Leiligheten var lys, ren og koselig og hadde alt vi trengte for vårt opphold i Palaiochora. Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme og lett å komme i kontakt med. Jeg bor gjerne i denne leiligheten ved en senere anledning.

Alles super, absolut zu empfehlen.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche, gute Matratze, kurze Wege zu allen Zielen im Ort, ruhige Lage.

Pros: Το δωμάτιο ήταν ανακαινισμένα και πεντακαθαρα (κάθε μέρα έμπαινε καθαρίστρια)!!! Η τοποθεσία ήταν άψογη (όλα ήταν προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια)!!! Η τιμή πάρα πολύ καλή (88ευρώ για μεσα Σεπτέμβρη) για αυτά που προσέφερε. Είναι σίγουρα μια πάρα πολύ καλή και value for money επιλογή!!! Σίγουρα το συνιστούμε και με το καλό θα επιστρέψουμε...
