Perfect.

Pros: I liked the location, the surroundings, beautiful nature, kindness of the hostess ...

Pros: Iro is the perfect host, she thought of everything. Spilia is a small town with two nice tavernas. You can go hiking from there, there is a trail that goes through town. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Pros: The apartment had lovely mountain views and was ideally situated just a few minutes drive from the sea and a short walk to restaurants. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. We were lucky to have the pool mostly to ourselves. Our room was nice, modern, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Above all, I cannot speak more highly of Iro, our wonderful hostess. She was very welcoming, kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

The perfect host in Spilia

Pros: Iro is the perfect host. On our last day, there was no electricity and she brought us coffee and snacks, which was incredibly thoughtful of her. Not to mention the gift back when we left. She also gave us lots of ideas for beaches and restaurants and really took the time to consider our needs. The room is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need (the USB plug was a life saver!). Thank you for everything!

Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable (the mattress is too soft). Also, if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or try to get a room with garden view. That being said, I’d still come back again and again.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Iro’s place during my vacation! The accommodation was cozy and clean, and Iro was a fantastic host, always helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return. Thank you, Iro, for making my trip so enjoyable!

Good location and practical

Pros: The host was very friendly and always preoccupied with us check in a couple of times and even given us fresh food from their own production. Additionally the apartment is quite new which gave us more comfort.

Cons: Small details on the cleaning. But nothing special at all.

Pros: We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Really nice, modern and very clean room with a nice view from the balcony and a good equipped kitchen if you decide to cook by yourself. Villa Elea is located in Spilia, about 3-5 minutes from Kolymvari an its beaches if you use a car. There is a small mini-market a few hundred meters away and a lot of bigger ones, cafés, tavernas and shops in Kolymvari. Villa Elea is a lot calmer and a few degrees colder in the evening than in the city what we really appreciated. There are also tavernas around the corner that we liked. Its also a really good starting point if you want to explore the west. Iro, the host, is the nicest and warmest person you can imagine! We were welcomed with fresh, selfmade lemonade and other beverages. She offered us fresh vegetables from the garden, gave us tips where to go and what was worth visiting. She really enhanced our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Stunning!

Pros: The studio was very spacious and with a lovely view at the pool. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and a fresh homemade lemonade to welcome us. In the area there are lots of tavernas and supermarkets within 10min walk. It's very close to Balos Beach and Falassarna and Iro was always there to help us. Great in general!

Un appartement très agréable avec un service au top

Pros: Notre hôte était très attentionnée et prévenante ! Elle nous a offert pleins de petits cadeaux : fruits , légumes , huile , œufs … L’établissement est très calme et le cadre agréable . Le ménage était fait très régulièrement .

Cons: Une route passe en dessous de l’appartement et génère quelques nuisances
