Comfortable Room in Ideal Location

Pros: I liked the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and pillows, the close proximity to everything in Chania. Check in was very easy and the host keeps in constant touch with you. It is in a wonderful location in Chania Old Town with everything on your doorstep. I live on the island and go up to Chania a lot - I can say for certain I will return - indeed in the past my partner and I have stayed in the 2 bed apartment and we highly recommend it.

Cons: For me, and this is a general housekeeping task that everybody does in Winter, there are a few paint touch ups needed, and I would respectfully suggest that the toilet seat be changed. It was perfectly clean but it is showing some past minor stains on same. This is something that most hosts do during the Winter months and I have no doubt it is on the list.

Overall, it's a nice place to stay in this apartment.

Pros: The room was very clean, and the service was good too! - The chamber maid was friendly. There was a balcony to dry our clothes and the water heater was working well.

Cons: We had to climb to the highest level as it did not have a lift, and the location was not that good.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is located in the old part of town, on a quiet and atmospheric street. The room was very clean and had a beautiful modern design. I also want to highlight the attentiveness of the staff — when we had an issue with our room, they immediately offered to replace it. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent location 2mins walk from harbour and in other direction 2mins walk to shops..

Pros: The stuff were very pleasant and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure we had all the comforts. The location is not accessible by car, however, this is a benefit as the place is surrounded by little shops and amazing restaurants. Thank you very much for everything.

Pros: Excellent cleaning service. The cleaning ladies were real pearls! Large comfortable sound proof really close to the best bars and restaurants.

Cons: Difficult parking. But that is a problem of Chania in general.

Pros: The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Everything was in walking distance. The room was clean, quiet and private. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Tastefully decorated.
