I highly recommend Narkissos for its friendly personnel, charming rooms, and perfect location!

Pros: I had the pleasure of staying at Narkissos in January 2026. The room was spacious, clean, and offered an amazing view of Chania Bay. I was pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded, and the staff were incredibly kind, even helping with my luggage on the day of my arrival. I highly recommend Narkissos for its friendly personnel, charming rooms, and perfect location.

Great location!!!

Pros: I loved the location close to the Harbour. We enjoyed the sunny balcony on warm days. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The floor in our room had a leaking fridge and was warped, but still clean.

Cons: The area was noisy at night but that's the trade-off for being close to the centre. Check-in and out was a little confusing.

Lovely hotel but too noisy for me

Pros: Great location, lovely big room, very clean and it was great to have a coffee pod machine instead of sachets. The staff were very good, helpful & friendly.

Cons: We knew it would be a bit noisy as it was over a bar but the music didn’t stop until 2.30 am so it was too noisy for us. Also there were a lot of stairs - 40 to our room and 60 to our friends!

Amazing property and good value for money

Pros: The room was spacious, everything was close by to all touristic attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, provided all information needed for our arrival as well as for our departure. The facilities and amenities were amazing and nothing was missing. Keep up the good service and work.

Cons: Evertyhing was spot on and we will definitely come back to this hotel if we ever visit again Chania.
