Pros: I booked this hotel on behalf of my parents and they could not have been more satisfied by the experience. They were moved by Kiria Maria’s extremely warm and interpersonal approach, going beyond what is expected of Greek hospitality. They were greeted daily with a smile, a sweet treat and some great recommendations; and returned every night to a very clean rand comfortable room. All this to say if you’re visiting Chania and want to feel at home this is the place, not to mention it’s right in the center of town. A warm thank you from my parents for your great hospitality Kiria Maria!!

Unforgettable stay. Amazing service. Great location.

Pros: Our stay at Harismari Cozy Hotel was a wonderful, unforgettable experience! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the very warm Maria and Ana. And during the entirety of our time there, our hosts were outstandingly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Maria surprised us with thoughtful treats every day of our stay. Each time we returned to our room, a fresh plate of fruits greeted us. Kind Ana provided us with a map highlighting the local hotspots that travel websites would have no knowledge of. Understandably, we did have a hard time saying goodbye to our wonderful hosts. So if you are looking to experience true Grecian hospitality while in Crete, look no further, we loved the Harismari Cozy Hotel and will be returning soon.

Excellent.friendly staff clean rooms great location

Pros: Lovely small friendly hotel Staff really welcoming and helpful on places to visit and eat. Let me store my luggage there on the last day as my flight wasn’t until the evening. Clean room. Felt very safe there as a lone traveller.

Pros: Everything. It is very well located close to everything. The hotel is very cute and clean. And María (the owner) is the best. Friendly, happy, polite and a cutie. She made our stay beautiful.

Pros: Great location in the middle of the old town, amazing welcoming by Maria and staff, nice touches like fresh pastries for the morning and tons of coffee pods…also great recommendations for restaurants and parking that came handy. Will definitely be back!
