Olive Tree Villa

Pros: Quiet place, with outstanding view and olive yards all around. The owner welocmed us with some drinks and food which doesnt happen very often. Location is really nice with 5 minutes drive donw the hill to nearby restaurants, shops and closest beach.

An amazing two weeks

Pros: So many positives can't really name them all, the villa itself is clean, modern, comfy and good facilities, kitchen has got everything you need to cook whatever you like, bbq is easy to use and we did many times, pool is cool & clean and the surroundings area is clean and upkept very well. Beds are comfortable and shower is always hot. Micheal our host is a lovely man, very accommodating towards us, left us some food bits on the first day to help us get settled in and then essentially left us alone until we needed him for small issues which he helped fix almost immediately. Brought us local wine twice and fresh organic fruit. Just a lovely man who is very easy to talk to.

Cons: Genuinely only thing i can thing of is the pillows were too soft for me but thats me being very picky. Everyone likes different style so just bring your own maybe 🤷‍♂️

Pros: The property was very clean and it had all the facilities we needed. The pool was a very good size and joyous for the kids.

Great stay

Pros: Quiet place, with amazing sunset view. The house is fully equipped and free parking. The owner (very kind) left us some welcoming beverages and food/fruits which we fully appreciated. Location is fine (crossing a few olive yards using a sketchy but driveable road, like in many other places), 5 minutes drive to nearby town for a market, 15 to Platanias Beach and its clubs and 30 to Chania old venetian port. The owner left us do an early check in which was very kind.

Cons: One of the AC's (in living room) did not work correctly, in fact it does not seem to cool at all. Pool is shared, which is okay, but the opposite side house owner keeps reminding you (in Greek, I think) of that everytime you move a sunbed / umbrella outside of your 'reserved' area (even if we have not been told that there is a reserved are for the sunbeds and umbrella. We have been informed of our 'side' but it seems the 4 sides of the pool are reserved for different guests). We were asked an extra 10€/night/house tax upon arrival (which we were unaware, but acceptable).

Pros: In a few words - EVERYTHING. Wonderful house, very well equiped (washing machine both for clothes and dishes; 3bathrooms-2showers; the kitchen very well equiped; wonderful view from the terrace; AC in each room; a Netflix Guest profile; a Nintendo game in the living room; towels (both for bathroom and swiming pool); spare solution for hot water except solar panels, in case of no sun; barbecue with all needed). Very friendly and polite owner. He left for us water, juice, wine and things for sandwiches in the fridge saying that he wants us to feel as at home.

Cons: I’d say that we don’t have anything to write here. Maybe the dors are a little noisy and for some people the location may be ‘a problem’ as you cannot go fo a walk to take dinner (you need to take the car but there are 3min of driving).

Pros: The Villa is exactly like in the photos, but the advertising of the villa was whole house. It was true, but near the villa is another one with apartaments and also downstairs is an apartment. Nikos who is taking care about the villa is a great guy, you receive some goodies in the fridge when you arrive.

Cons: So the pool is shared, you can enter anytime you want, but we entered at 11.00 pm without music, just swimming and talking normally, and they said we made noise. And we had some troubles with the agency, because this villa is administrated by an agency, we needed an invoice for the firm, abd they didn t provided it to us.

Pros: J ai absolument tout adorer. Le gérant et gentil,panier d accueil plus que fournis . Maison super équiper. Lieu propre .heureuse de notre séjour ici .

Bella villa con piscina in complesso multifamiliare

Pros: Struttura grande, bella vista, bella piscina, dotata di tutti i comfort, cucina ben equipaggiata, asciugamani a volontà (sia per la piscina che per la toilette). Staff super accogliente, Michele ci ha fatto fare il check out più tardi senza chiedere niente in più. Abbiamo anche avuto un problema con la tenda a causa del forte vento e lui l’ha risolto immediatamente.

Cons: Le lenzuola erano un po’ calde perché in materiale sintetico. La porta d’ingresso avrebbe bisogno di essere sistemata.

Pros: Το κατάλυμα σου παρέχει τα πάντα! Και πολλά περισσότερα από ότι περιμένεις,.ειναι ιδανικό για παρέες.. μείναμε 2 οικογένειες και δεν ενοχλούσε η μία την άλλη,.

Cons: Θα μπορούσε να ηταν λίγο πιο καθαρά, ..ειναι κρίμα γιατί έχει τόσες παροχές που θα μπορούσα να βάλω 10 ,αλλά η καθαριότητα ειναι πολύ σημαντική
