Pros: What a fantastic, peaceful, relaxing and relatively remote spot. Property has everything you need, cook inside or out (great BBQ to use). The views all round are amazing, but sunsets are exquisite. Drive down is not for faint hearted but very doable if slow and careful.

Cons: Nothing to add here!!

The best place we stayed at Crete

Pros: We love Crete very much, and this was our fifth time on the island. This house has been the best place we've stayed in Crete. It’s not a five-star hotel, but it’s the ideal place to feel the beauty of Crete: clean air, the sea, amazing views, and even a private beach. Usually we only stay overnight in houses and travel around Crete during the day, but here we spent a wonderful whole day enjoying the sun and sea. Thank you Giorgio for an unforgettable holiday!

Cons: Just nothing for us, but 2 points: You better be an experienced driver to get the house Don't forget your water shoes

Stunning view

Pros: This house is just perfectly located on a rock by the sea and the view is breathtaking! It feels like paradise when you come back from the beach (just 5 minutes on foot and - mind you - that is not the main beach in the village, so it's mostly empty), you eat your supper on the terrace looking at the sunset, sipping some wine, listening to cicadas slowly getting quieter, eating some fresh fruits (from the host's garden!)... It really felt like home, watering the plants, feeding a cat visiting the house daily. Admittedly, the interior design of the house is not the top of the game (there are some beautiful decorative items, such as boats in the bottles, and some tacky ones, such as artificial flowers), but the overall experience is fantastic.

Cons: I missed a hanger for shower head, but it wasn't a big deal.

Great place.

Pros: One of our best holidays ever: quiet, private, with stunning terraces and views. We spent 2 weeks there and, although we usually visit a lot of places, this time we mostly enjoy our time in Giorgio’s villa. It was perfect for a couple. There was everything what we possibly could have needed during our stay: from home made goodies left for us by a host to washing liquid. Giorgio was super nice and helpful, but leaving enough privacy for his guests. The villa is for guests only. We had very late arrival and Giorgio welcomed us with a smile. Special thank you to his uncle and the gifts from his garden and to Giorgio’s father for the delicious fish. Yes, entrance to the sea is a bit tricky but we like snorkeling and the sea for that purpose was ideal there. Thank you very much. It was the right choice.

Pros: For self-catering, far away, beautiful and quiet, right on the cliffs. Own vehicle required. Access to the sea is not possible in rough seas, as access is via sharp rocks. The house is well equipped and spacious with loungers and seating outside with a fantastic view. The extremely rich, colorful decoration in the living room is a matter of taste. The two taverns in the immediate vicinity do not offer a large culinary selection. Good restaurants and cafes are available in Kissamos or Kolyvari in about 15-20 minutes' drive.

Pros: Everything was perfect. We love this beautiful home in this stunning location. You can sit and enjoy the view all day long. The house is equipped with everything you might need. We had a very friendly welcome with fresh fruit and some cold drinks in the fridge. Thank you Giorgio, for making it a very special stay!

Cons: The direct access from the house to the sea is not suitable for children, but that did not really matter so much.
