Very confortable villa righ on the beach

Pros: The villa is like new and very cosy, spacious and confortable for 7 people. It has 4 bathrooms, which means 1 bathroom for each room, very convenient. Lot of storage space, big teraces with beautifull views to the beach and the entire coast. Nice, spacious kitchen and dining area. All the appliances needed are present. Cristina, our host was very helpful, very good communication from the beggining. Very good cleaning every 4 days. Welcome fruits appreciated. The villa is actually on the beach, the beach in front of the gate is beautiful though peebly and the water is very clean. But the Grammeno beach which is 4 minutes walking is just great, nice sand and shallow water for children. Also we liked the area is not crowded at all but in the same time you have access to 2-3 restaurants in walking distance near Grammeno beach. All in all a good holiday and we consider comming back to Villa Marika.

Cons: Nothing really on the bad side with the villa, we were unlucky to have 3 very windy days. But at least there are no waves in the area and swimming is fine even when very windy.

Bellissima villa di tre piani in riva al mare

Pros: Bellissima villa in riva al mare Tre piani, 4 camere, 4 bagni, 3 terrazze con vista mare, giardino ampio con barbecue, orto posteriore con fichi ed uva Questa è la seconda volta che veniamo e speriamo di poter tornare ancora

Cons: Forse potrebbero essere aggiunti qualche piatto, bicchiere e padelle in più in cucina. Per il resto tutto perfetto
