Pros: The receptionists Christina and Galena were very helpful and informative. Both were excellent, as was Christina at the bar. Location is great, close to the old town but not on a noisy, busy street. The breakfasts are recommended. The room was very nice with a lovely balcony with a local view. We will stay here on our next trip to Chania.

Cons: Nothing, we had a very enjoyable week.

Pros: Our stay at Epavli Grace Hotel in Chania was truly delightful. The location is ideal — close enough to the city center to reach it easily on foot, yet just far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining modern style with a warm and welcoming feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We were especially touched when they arranged a new baby bath for us upon request, even though they didn’t have one available — a gesture that perfectly reflects their genuine hospitality.

Would come again, we had a great time.

Pros: Our stay at Epavli was beyond great. The location, the way the hotel is maintained, breakfast, comfort of the beds and room - all was perfect. The rooftop jacuzzi is also a great addition. Staff was really helpful and welcoming, would recommend to anyone.

Great Place

Pros: Excellent choice in Chania! Located in a quiet area just 3-5 min walking distance from the centre. The staff was really attentive and helpfull and the room was really cozy. It's an excellent choice for your stay, totally recommend it!

Pros: All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, loved the room, the location and the facilities. I would stay there again if I was returning to Chania. The parking was really convenient, we appreciated having the staff at the parking place, park and retrieve our car when we wanted it.

Pros: Nice rooftop jacuzzi but not all jetsreams did not work. Breakfast was very good icluding all you need, hot alternativies and fresh orange juice.

Cons: A bit difficult to get there by car and unload luggage. Extra charge for carage.

Everything was perfect

Pros: The location was perfect, the area was safe and clean and nearby the city center ( 10-15 mins walk). The staff was friendly and they helped us with renting the car. They even recommended us a beach with blue flag (the beach was very clean)

Good for a city hotel

Pros: Nicely located close to the everything you could want to visit. Quiet despite being in the center of town. Cafe/bar in the lobby.

Cons: There was a 30euro fee for having an additional person in the room which was a bit baffling as to why that was necessary (i mistakenly booked for 1). Breakfast not memorable. A lot of lights in the room. One flashes every 30 seconds or so, so can be a bit of a sleeping problem. AC in our second stay made a lot of whooshing noises but managed to sleep through.
