Friendly staff but facilities could be better

Pros: Nice view and nice rooms (seaside was a great). Well they did try to give different foods everyday, or at least some were different. The staff was friendly. The facilities were ok. In general enough food and cocktails but a bit insufficient quality of some of them Mm the tasty dessert cakes and yougurt !!! Italian restaurant and was good and tasty The little set up with flowers and ballons and the food was nice.

Cons: Food: I expected tastier food! Well the meats on the grill were always way too dry and not tasty... Facilities: well there was a casual black amore smelling that came a few times and apparently was normal (only once really strong-i called reception) The beach bar bathrooms and pool were in very bad shape and no one room care of them! A bit too much climbing up ... Bathroom smelled a lot and shower was making some notices Important to always mention to mention there are two ways because we arrived far and had to climb with luggage..

Pros: Loved the facilities. The staff was for the most part friendly, but som of the women in the reception was not always accommodating. There was also a lot of bird fecies in and around the pool, and because of this we only went in the pool once on our terrace, right after it was cleaned that one time. Other than this it was great.

Exceptional Amenities and Comfort

Pros: Our room was equipped with all the modern conveniences we could ask for, including a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping staff maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout our stay.

Luxurious Rooms with Private Pools

Pros: We treated ourselves to a room with a private pool, and it was worth every penny. The room was immaculate, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Having our own pool allowed for intimate moments and uninterrupted relaxation. The hotel's serene atmosphere made it the perfect romantic retreat.

Overall very pleased we were very pleased with our stay.

Pros: The choice of food was excellent and its location is good.

Cons: The food which was supposed to be served hot was not hot enough.

Great all inclusive stay overall!

Pros: The food was great, always a lot of options, the greek food was waay better than the international like fries and pizzas. All inclusive has also a loot of drink options. Most of the staff friendly, really hard working young people at the restaurant. The beach is perfect, somewhere shallow waters but also deeper depending on where exactly you are swimming so ideal for everyone, soft sand, beach bar right next to it. Rooms were nice and clean, AC worked well.

Cons: It was really busy so sometimes we had to wait for table/ some food, but it was no problem and it was expected, as it was in the main season. Beach sets could be included in the all inclusive! Not the best desserts, but the greek ones were delicious as baklava or kataifi.

Good value for money holidays

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. There is plenty of space to relax e.g. sunbeds around the pools, on the roof, on the grass between palm trees and on the beach. As the hotel is on the steep hill (beautiful sea views), there is a golf cart service avaialable for a very short ride down the hill and up the hill to get to the main street/ beach. Easy parking on the hotel premises. Possibility to borrow extra towels, which can be used around the pool or on the beach (refundable deposit). On the last day, after the check out (11am) we were allowed to stay in the hotel grounds and keep using all inclusive facilities until the end of the day, as we had a late night flight back.

Cons: Guests are offered to book one dinner per stay at a la carte Italian restaurant, however there was no availability on any day of the week. We were put on the waiting list but did not get it. It was quite stressful to drive the small rented car up the short but very steep and bendy hill to get to the hotel.

Masterpiece hotel's suite

Pros: The suite's design at this seaside retreat is a visual masterpiece, blending modern elegance with captivating sea views. Hopefully we will return and experience the whole stay again and again.

Serene ambiance

Pros: Its decor exudes sophistication, creating a serene ambiance that's perfect for relaxation. Hotel and rooms were also spotless and beautiful. Staff was nice too. Strongly recommended.

Best and professional services

Pros: Reception team gave us good recommendations of what’s worth seeing around. We loved the breakfasts by the morning buffet, kind and professional service always. Thank you Galini team-we are still daydreaming of our days with you.
