Pros: Had a great breakfast, staff were friendly. Loved pool next to beach.

Cons: You had to pay for the beach chairs. Happy hour was 11pm to 12 midnight which is very late.

It was a lovely relaxing time in a beautiful / friendly hotel.

Pros: We had a beautiful room which we wasn’t expecting.

Cons: The shower needs looking into as water leaked over the bathroom floor also the small shower head wasn’t working properly.

Pros: Beautiful property The mini refrigerator was very cold and I liked that very much Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: Pool towel situation was not good as they did not have enough of pool towels for sun bathing. The towels for the bathroom were very used and had stains in them. The coffee from the coffee machine was not warm enough The breakfast did not contain much variety

Pros: Lovely , relaxing atmosphere throughout resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Location has plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. There is a bus that takes you to central Chania for 2€ 20 minute ride. Taxi about 16€.
