All in all a good choice for a short stay, breakfast good and location.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to main shops and harbour and market. Added bonus of the pool.

Cons: Pool could get shady but it was October.

Pros: Really good position of the hotel, next to old town and harbour as well as the new part of Chania. Personal was so nice a friendly. Comfy rooms.

Excellent choice

Pros: It was not the first time I stayed in Kriti hotel. I have been there few years ago and when I made the booking I was wondering how it wouId be this time. Well, it was 10/10 at the time and nothing changed to the worse. On the contrary everything is perfect. Warm welcoming, polite and smiling staff. Clean, rich and fresh breakfast buffet, quality coffee. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean, as all the hotel too. All in all ...looking forward for my next stay there.

Cons: We liked everything

Pros: The location is good — away from the busy atmosphere of the Old Venetian Harbour, but just a short walk from the central area. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Alexander from the bar was as well. The breakfast was good, and the pool was very quiet and pleasant.

Cons: I found the room small, but it was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was the worst part — it simply didn’t work.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and very tasty, great value for money, and the location near Koum Kapi was fantastic. It was quiet, the staff were super helpful, and the hotel was incredibly clean.

Cons: The only downsides were that the bathroom was a bit small and our room didn’t have a balcony.

Pros: The proximity to Chania town but also the Archeological Museum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds extremely comfortable.

Cons: I thought it was really sad there was no seasonal fresh fruit available - such as fresh melon. There was a fruit bowl with bananas and kiwi fruit.

Very comfortable hotel, great breakfast and use of pool within a stone’s throw of chania old town.

Pros: Great breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Good shower. All in all a very good option for those wanting to use a pool and have chania old town within 10 minutes walking distance. To be finicky, it would be great to have had a bar close to the pool or, at least, the option of calling someone when beverages are required. Pool towels are collected from reception by the way.

Pros: Great welcome, clean and comfortable room, nice pool facilities and good variety for breakfast

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Staff is super nice, all of them. They let me check in early because the room was ready and stored my luggage for some hours after checkout, thanks again for that. Comfortable bed, okay sized room and bathroom, bathroom a bit dated, but functional. Breakfast gets a bit boring after a few days, very little variation. Pool area was nice, plenty of loungers and bean bag chairs. Balcony out towards the street, was a bit dusty from the street, but it had evening/afternoon sun, perfect for me. Clean and basic, just what I needed.

Cons: The way the room is built is a bit odd. There is 20 cm between bed end and the side board table, you basically have to do the sideways crab walk to get to the balcony. The sideboard could have been made slimmer and instead of a built in luggage rack, a foldable one would have given more space. There's a chair in the room that has zero function, the only place it can stand without being in the way is on the balcony, as it otherwise blocks one side of the bed or the door to the balcony. As I was travelling alone it was just to the side of the bed, but it was a bit strange.

Pros: Great location, comfortable bed. Good amenities available. Good snacks available at the lobby bar.

Cons: Overly eager housekeeper who came in (more than once) without knocking or only knocking on the door when already open. Another slight annoyance was the availability of pool side loungers- some had been 'reserved' by other guests for many hours when they were not present.
