Central City Hotel

Couldn't have been better.... Olga, the owner was exceptional....so helpful....

Pros: What an absolute Gem of a hotel... Perfect location....easy access...Clean, and the staff were all wonderful... We had to visit due to a family crisis & Olga could not have been more helpful & compassionate.. We will definitely stay here again & would thoroughly recommend this hotel...

Pros: Definitely Ms.Olga who personally made sure we had an excellent stay! Provided us with choice of room, extra pillows and quilt, answered all enquiries, called us even on our return home to wish us Happy holidays.

Cons: Breakfast was not available due to the fact the tourist season was over . But there were coffee/ tea facilities in the room which was nice because personally I can't function without having a cup of coffee first!

Pros: We stayed for 1 night, it was perfect. Clean and comfortable room, a garden with an amazing view on the top floor, and friendly staff. Good location - one block from the Central bus station in Chania, a supermarket, and a city bus station across the street.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Convenient hotel with excellent staff.

Pros: Spotless, modern, well styled hotel in central location. Not far from bus station.

Cons: The only negative about this hotel relates to its location. On a busy road, I had a street facing room so it was very noisy with street noise. I appreciate there’s nothing the hotel can do about this.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is excellent — close to Old Town. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Olga was especially welcoming and always ready to help, offering great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Her kindness really made our stay special. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: It was a wonderful stay for my family and me. The entire staff, especially Ms. Olga, was warm and welcoming. All our needs were met completely. They even accommodated our request for a bed for our 2-year-old son. The breakfast was delicious and varied. See you next time we're in Chania.

Pros: In the middle of September this year, we spent six wonderful days in Chania, at the Central City Hotel. The hotel very well located close to the old city center , venetian port and quite close to some nice beaches. Olga, very warm and beautiful lady from the reception took great care of us, made us feel like at home. She kindly prepared for us a list with important recommendation regarding restaurants in the city and helped with the schedule of shuttle to the Airport. Mrs Stela was also very kind and prepared delicious dishes for breakfast. We liked much and appreciated the greek coffee. We enjoyed the the cleanliness, the comfortable bed and the very friendly staff.

Pros: The location is perfect for everything! Just 2 min walk from the Venetian port and you can also easily go to any beach The staff, especially Olga was really lovely and helpful, and they always greet you with smiles.
