Lovely

Pros: The location and building were spectacular. Food was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly.

Cons: The roof top terraces of the penthouse suites lacked the privacy I would have expected. They would have benefited from higher fences between them that were less transparent.

Great place to stay in luxury in the centre of Chania

Pros: Central location, staff were lovely- very attentive.

Cons: The style is very minimalist- almost brutalist, it is a monastery theme but a little more cozy would suit us better, but that’s our personal taste.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and great staff

Pros: Spacious rooms, very clean. Nice hot tubs. Staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly and they really helped make the stay exceptional. The breakfast was to a very good standard.

Cons: No complaints. No parking on site but that is due to the location in the old town.
