Lovely, well equipped room and comfortable bed

Pros: The position of the property to the harbour and other attractions was brilliant

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Chania!

Pros: Great location! We could easily walk to all the best restaurants in Chania within 15 minutes at most. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, our room was perfectly quiet. The staff were all so lovely, always happy to help and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

Palazzo Duca helped to make our stay in Chania memorable.

Pros: Friendly, helpful, informative and efficient manager and staff. Excellent unexpectedly quiet location. Could do with more choice of everything at breakfast but it was sufficient and better than average.

Cons: It was overall good.

Helpful and friendly staff, good location and a nice cooked breakfast.

Pros: The individually cooked element of the breakfast were excellent and the lady who made them was very friendly and accomodating. The staff on reception and the chamber staff were very friendly too and the rooms were cleaned and supplied with care. Daily water bottles in the fridge etc. The hotel in the old town was in an excellent location and was very nice. Our room was a lovely size and comfortable, with a little kitchenette. There is a nice roof terrace with a helpful clothes dryer. Chaina is very beautiful with friendly people and there is a lot to do there.

Cons: The triple room had very little natural light. You couldn't tell that it was daylight in the morning. For some mistaken reason I thought there was a balcony but it is a window ledge with a rail. I couldn't dry clothes there because the space is a long way down a shaft where the sun doesn't shine. However there was a handy clothes dryer on the roof terrace (just needed a few more pegs.) We did see into other rooms which were much brighter - like I say ours was a lovely big size and very comfortable, The hotel was lovely. It just wasn't really the right room for us.

Excellent choice in the Venetian port of Chania!

Cosy and classic old town hotel

Pros: Beautiful location near the harbour, room was very quiet despite being central - and the bed was so comfy! Staff were friendly and helpful, helping to book a taxi. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

Perfect hotel

Pros: The communication was great, the location perfect, and the room perfect. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Look forward to going back

Excellvet Hotel location, staff helpful and breakfast very good

Pros: Perfect location in the old city just 50 metres from the harbour

Cons: We arrivied after 10 00pm the hotel was closed . There was no contact number left for me to obtain keys. It was the owner of the next door restaurant helped out as she knew the combination of the outside key safe. Could do better for late arrivals as they were informed of my arrival time.
