Pros: The staff were particularly helpful and the location was excellent - we had so many restaurants to choose from and the bus station was also accessible by foot.

Cons: The pillows were not the most comfortable.

Cute and modern boutique hotel with lovely food and prime location

Pros: Great location facing the old port and lighthouse, central to all the action in Old Chania, very nice breakfast with a few options from 8:30-10:30. Orange juice freshly squeezed and good coffee and food. Clean and modern design.

Cons: Stairs only, need to carry your suitcases up. Bathtub plug didn’t fully seal so couldn’t use.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing, the beds are exceptionally comfy, and the bath tub room was amazing - like having a private jacuzzi!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Anassa in Chania. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, the bed in particular was excellent. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh water and raki in the fridge, as well as free towels for the beach. The hosts also sent us clear information on where to park and how to reach the hotel, which made everything easy. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, delicious, generous, and served with such warmth. The hospitality overall was truly impressive, and we felt very welcome throughout. It was also a real treat to enjoy some raki on the rooftop in the evenings. We would definitely return to Anassa and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Pros: great boutique hotel overlooking the harbour at Chania. Had a lovely balcony on our room that we could sit in and watch the world go by. lovely breakfast each day highly recommend

Pros: Delicious breakfast with great quality food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room.

Cons: Loud due to location but hotel provided ear plugs and we were aware of this before arriving.

It was a memorable stay at the Anassa Boutique Hotel and among the friendly people of Chania.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly. The Boutique Hotel is situated at the best place in the port. It is few minutes away from the best restaurants, shops and 15 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Chania.

Cons: The hotel did not have a lift. But this was compensated by the friendliness of all the staff.
