It was a truly memorable stay that we would gladly recommend.

Pros: We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond in every detail – we were upgraded to a beautiful room, welcomed with cake and sparkling wine, and received daily recommendations for our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Exceptional customer service throughout – we truly felt special. Highly recommended!

Cons: While our overall stay was wonderful, there are two small areas for improvement. The resort is located in a rather secluded spot and was a bit difficult to find when arriving by car – clearer signage at the entrance would be very helpful. In addition, as many different staff members were assisting us, we sometimes had to repeat the same information more than once.

Incredible and memorable stay!

Pros: Amazing property, very beautiful indeed and so well looked after in every detail. Extremely spacious rooms and those with the pool are like mini-villas - excellent value for money and added privacy for those who want to benefit from a pool away from the rest of the guests. Great options onsite for food and the breakfast is superbly rich in terms of choices and delicious. I can't wait to go back! One of the very best holidays so far:-)

Pros: We liked everything, the location, a nice 20min walk into Chania, a lovely swimming beach 5min walk away, the accommodation was very clean, maid service daily. All staff excellent, so warm, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Perhaps a slightly more varied evening meal plan. Most dishes were repeated each night.

Perfect honeymoon stop

Pros: Loved loved our stay. Final stop for us on Greek island exploring and what a treat to finish on, the staff could not do enough for us the entire stay. It was part of our honeymoon and we felt so special here, we were treated to an upgraded room, flowers, a cake and bubbly in the room waiting for us as well as access to an offering of fruit, veg, water & bubbly to watch the sunset with by reception. The spa was incredible, floated back to the room after. Would 1000% recommend and revisit this hotel, cannot thank everyone enough for our special stay

We’re going to book for next year

Pros: The stylish hotel felt at home and the pool had plenty of gorgeous beds to relax on. The kids club was a place the children couldn’t wait to go back to as they made friends all week. The gym was well equipped and well used. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfasts. We loved the locations as you could walk off site to restaurants or get a taxi into Chania. The hotel always felt spotlessly clean.

Cons: The kids food was a bit basic, would have loved there to be more ‘green options’

Perfection - highly recommend if you want something special!

Pros: Hotel was unreal - it was like something out of White Lotus if you've seen that TV series. All of the staff go out of their way to answer any questions and make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was incredible (too many options of anything), and the pool bar / restaurant is perfect for drinks in the evening.

Cons: Location is good if you're planning to visit the old town, but there isn't much else going on unless you're willing to travel 1.5 hours in a car / taxi.

Cons: Not much! Finding the main entrance wasn’t easy- you need gps! There are a lot of steps. Needs directional task lighting at bedside. It is a reasonable hike to the old town of Chania
