Amazing!!

Pros: Loved the location Easy access to the old town via a bus which was a short journey away All staff were amazing Drinks service to your sun lounger was 10/10 Lots of options for breakfast

Cons: A/C was too good (if that’s even a complaint!!)

Magic stay in a really special place

Pros: Incredible staff, amazing standards all round. Such a beautiful, relaxing stay. Truly 5 star all round.

Cons: Restaurants were very expensive for the area but there are lots of great options nearby and Chania is super close. There could be more variation on the beach chairs/umbrellas would be great as most end up quite shady with no ability to move them

Pros: Great location with everything we were expecting in the hotel. The beach was great and no need to rush to reserve a bed. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely go again.

Cons: We didn’t like the continuous ‘music’ around the pool area but managed to avoid that area. The lighting in our room was very dim which was ok but it was difficult to read. It would be great to have reading lights added by the bed.

One of the nicest resorts that I’ve ever been to. l

Pros: I loved the rooms. They were very tastefully appointed and brand-new and fresh. Beach and pools were lovely to swim in. I loved the comfortable banana lounges around the resort. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of variety. Staff were accommodating and helpful.

Cons: Lighting in the room was a little bit dark. A warm spa would have been nice to relax in

Fantastic!

Pros: We liked everything, starting off with the welcoming drink! The property is extremely well maintained, staff is friendly and attentive, food is good and in large quantities. And the beach sets the perfect view!

Cons: The pool in our room and outside was fantastic. However, few details in the room - in comparison to everything else - was not so well kept: the bed made squeaky sounds, the toilet appliances were not well attached to the wall and everything was always falling (in the shower and for the toilet paper roll) and bits of the wall paper were coming off. Although these are details, it was a bit out of tune when compared to everything else.

Great location and fantastic hotel

Pros: We were upgraded on arrival which was lovely, the suite was huge with lots of space and very recently modernised so all very clean and immaculate. Welcome drinks and very helpful staff. Breakfast was great with lots of options and there was so much space (no fighting for a sunlounger!). walkable to chania town but a longer walk easy to get taxis or bus though.

Cons: Nothing - we wish we’d stayed longer!

Faultless

Pros: The hotel was faultless. We couldn't pick just one thing we liked. Every thing was perfect. The attention to detail was immense.

Cons: That we had to go home :(

Pros: Facilities were outstanding location great staff were brilliant Emillios as a porter was of the highest quality and had a brilliant manner with the guests. We have travelled extensively and very rarely come across such a wonderful employee. As a first impression you couldn’t get anyone better than Emillios. (I hope I have spelt his name correctly). The Greek restaurant with Alexandros as the guest chef was also outstanding and the hosts were amazing we had such a great event. The executive chef (sorry didn’t get his name) also does such an amazing job and treats his staff so well they clearly enjoy working with him and such results are first class. Dimitrios at breakfast each morning also runs a great service. Thank you to all the staff.

Cons: Pool bar closed early for such a five star resort. All venues find it hard but trying to get day beds around the pool was hard as guests put towels out and don’t come back for 4 to 5 hours or more.
