Great stay in a brand new property with fab pool.

Pros: The villa and everything in it seems brand new. Really immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We and our teen boy and girl each had a floor to ourselves with a separate bathroom each, which gave everyone their own space. The pool area is great with comfortable lounge chairs. Mattresses and pillows good quality and super comfortable. The location is great, in easy walking distance of three nice beaches and lots of tavernas, cafes and shops. There was even a tyre centre literally 5 minutes walk away when we got a puncture in our hire car! Hosts were communicative and helpful with recommendations of where to go. Loved it; highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Perfect location and amazing villas. Host was very helpful and always checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Stayed with our bridal party and would definitely come back!

Pros: We travelled with our teens, girl and boy. Each requires own room, they got own floor with own bathroom each, it was perfect! We spent time a family together, but also kids had their privacy, as well as adults. The pool is a perfect size. We spent most of the time there, went to the beach as well, but kids preferred the pool, of course 😉 The sound isolation works well in the house. During our stay the other two villas were occupied by a group of people, who had a wedding. The wedding celebration was elsewhere, but at night the party continued for a while at the neighbour. It did not bother us at all! Kids' rooms were facing different side of the villa and we did not hear much either, even though second floor has huge windows. The property is close to everything you might need during your stay, shops, pharmacy, beach, restaurants, buses. We would definitely come back and can recommend this place!

Pros: The villa was modern and beautiful, with a great location. Upon arrival, the host gave us a very detailed overview of local restaurants and attractions, and also helped us to plan our visits. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it!

Pros: The Villa exceeded our expectations, I would say it's 5 star hotel standards. Immaculately presented and kitted out with everything you need for a great stay. The beds and pillows where very comfy and the air con worked great all throughout the property. The villa is a short walk to resturants, supermarkets and 3 different beaches. Chania old town is only 10 minutes in a taxi or you can get the bus from the top of the road for only 1 euro 40. Highly recommended and the staff where great to deal with.

Pretty perfect holiday property

Pros: Pretty perfect holiday property for a party of six. The design and layout is ideal for outdoor living, plus three bathrooms! Resturants, supermarkets and a choice of four beaches are all within easy walking distance. Plus Chania is just a 30 minute bus ride away. Lastly, the hosts, the brothers George & Petros were more than helpful.

Cons: Nothing much. Unfortunately there was a bit of construction work going on nearby which on the last couple of days, shattered the otherwise quiet location. Plus, it may have been a slightly different experience if we had had noisy neighbours.

Wonderful Villa in Agii Apostoloi

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Chania, Crete. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to the beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and local shops all nearby. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the area, and we loved how central it was. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with modern amenities and a lovely outdoor space with a swimming pool to enjoy the weather. Petros & George were also extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. If you're looking for a perfect base in Chania, this villa is ideal for a peaceful yet central getaway. Highly recommended!

Modern villa in a great location

Pros: Great communication with owners before to agree on check-in and friendly welcome who shared information about the local area and other places to visit. Villa was within 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets but still in a largely quiet area away from the main road. Great size pool that the kids enjoyed!

Cons: There is a villa being built opposite which on three days was being worked on from 7:45 in the morning through to mid afternoon (understand this is a temporary issue whilst it is built). Some very minor things in the villa that could have been better; only one hairdryer to be shared across the villa (an extra one in the second bedroom would be good); maybe its better now to have a coffee pod machine rather than a filter coffee machine; there was no bottle opener in the utensils so we went and bought one. Have to stress thugh that nothing mentioned changes how much we liked the villa and location!

Pros: The villa was absolutely stunning with a modern and elegant design. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, the spacious rooms provided plenty of room to relax, and the pool was simply Amazing. George and Peter were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time and fell in love with the place. We will definitely visit again. 💕
