Pros: This property is truly special, perfect for those seeking authenticity, simplicity, and total tranquility. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. The location is excellent for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a slice of authentic Crete. The restaurant and bar offer authentic local dishes and drinks. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity.

Pros: Wonderful stay right by the beach! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the taverna was fresh and tasty, with very fair prices. Perfect place to relax — we will definitely return!

Pros: It's a quiet place where you can find serenity even during the busiest months on the island of Crete. The family-run restaurant has simply fabulous food; compliments to the chef and the helpful, friendly staff. We felt we had a simple and authentic experience, exactly what we were looking for.

A very relaxing and worthwhile couple of days

Pros: Excellent location with crystal clear water, very relaxing and a short hike to Loutro, which is also worth visiting but is not accessible by car.

Cons: I can’t find something that didn’t satisfy me, the prices of the accommodation and food are of excellent value for money.

Perfect retreat

Pros: Everything. It is a beautiful place and we were looked after so well. If you are looking for peace and tranquility away from the noise of the tourist hot spots, this is for you. You can just relax completely, swim, walk, read, eat and drink to your heart's content. They provide lovely home-cooked food, fresh salads and fruit, and of course the rich and creamy yoghurt with deliciois honey. The beach is literally on the doorstep and the amazing E4 hiking route passes right by the taverna. You can take the taxi boats to nearby Marmara and Loutro at very reasonable rates or make yoir own way there by foot. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Paradise.

Pros: Absolutely everything! Peace, quiet, away from the tourist bustle, glorious location, everything you could need or wish for. Lovely host family, so obliging and laid back. All I can say is thank you.

I almost cried when I had to leave

Pros: Simple, quiet, relaxed, loved the hammocks and swinging chairs and nature-decor in the garden. Good shower too. So close to the sea. Very clean.

Our escape from the world

Pros: Ideal for when one wants to relax and escape. Quiet, breathtaking view, swimming and walking distance from more beaches and Loutro, super nice people, great and reasonably priced food. We came back refreshed and back in touch with our minds. Can’t wait to be back!
