Pros: We absolutely loved the villa! It was brand new, spotless, and the private pool was such a highlight. The thoughtful touch of having the fridge stocked with some food was perfect after our flight. Overall, a wonderful stay

Perfect getaway with family and friends!

Pros: Perfect space for a large group, with all the facilities, a pool and great views. Short drive (5 mins) to the beach and various restaurants. Highly recommend the place!

Cons: Being a bit picky here but a couple of the bedrooms did not have the blackout curtains (only had blinds) which would be good to have as provided in other bedrooms. :)

Pros: New, modern and spacious villa with a beautiful sea view.You can also partially see the sunrise:).3-5 minutes to the most famous beach bars in the area, maximum 20 min drive from centre of Chania.You have all the accesories needed for your stay (fully equipped kitchen) and fully equipped bathrooms), comfortable beds with premium bedsheets .The owners were very prompt with our request!If you want an exclusive staying then this location is the place.All pictures are 100% real!

Pros: Our stay at Theo Luxury Villas was absolutely amazing! The villas themselves are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also modernly equipped and immaculately clean. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered, which made our vacation all the more enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the owners. They welcomed us with drinks, wine and snacks on arrival, which was a wonderful surprise after our trip. Their courteous and friendly manner made the stay very personal and welcoming. The view from the villa is simply breathtaking. The panorama of the surrounding landscape is incomparable and provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. We can recommend Theo Luxury Villas to anyone looking for an exclusive and unforgettable stay in Crete. A big thank you to the owners for the wonderful hospitality and this unique experience!

Pros: The property was beautiful - located on top of the mountain with a gorgeous pool looking out to the sea. The hist, Maria, was so accommodating and responsive. Will definitely be staying here again!

Cons: Jag tror inte att det var något dåligt med boendet eller läget villan låg på. 😊

Pros: Das Haus ist komplett neu und sehr gut eingerichtet. Als wir ankamen, waren verschiedene Getränke, Brot, Wurst und Käse im Kühlschrank. Verschiedene Snacks waren auch vorhanden. Man hätte sogar 2 Tage kochen können mit dem was man uns zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Dafür möchten wir uns nochmal bedanken. Nach drei Tagen wurde das gesamte Haus erneut gereinigt und die gesamte Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht. Es gab einen 40qm großen Infinitypool mit blick auf das Meer. Recht viel mehr geht nicht mit einem normalen Budget.

Cons: Alles was eventuell nicht gefallen würde hängt vom eigenen Geschmack ab, somit nicht relevant. Es gab keine Mängel
